• Apadrinaunolivo.org - Experience something truly special in our olive groves and savor the cuisine and hidden gems of Oliete. This is a unique chance to get involved in the project to revive ancient olive trees and discover the properties and classifications of our extra virgin olive oil (awarded Best DOP Bajo Aragón oil in 2020, 2022, and 2024).

During this experience, you will enjoy:

Visit to the olive grove: Discover the process of reviving an abandoned olive tree in Oliete, its unique features, and all aspects related to the harvest.

Oil tasting: Dive into the world of olive oil tasting, exploring its characteristics and qualities with a tasting of 2 DOP Bajo Aragón oils, empeltre variety: Early and mature.

Product tasting: Sample our vegetables roasted over olive wood prunings and preserved in our olive oil. Includes a toast with our preserves and a drink per participant (not included with free admission for children under 5 years old).

Live a unique experience among our olive groves and enjoy the gastronomy and corners of Oliete. A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the project to recover centuries-old olive trees and learn about the properties and categories of our extra virgin olive oil (Best DOP Bajo Aragón oil in 2020, 2022 and 2024).

We are a supportive, social and sustainable rural development project. The proceeds from these visits go to the project to recover barren olive trees in Oliete.

This allows us to do such extraordinary things as generate employment, establish population in rural areas and keep basic services such as schools open.

• Pets not allowed in the tasting and tasting area for health reasons. During the visit to the olive grove they are welcome.
