Exceptional Service from Sach and a wonderful wine tasting experience! - Our group of 6 can highly recommend Vivid Tours. Everything was a top notch experience beginning with our initial booking to the planning of our winery choices and, most of all, with our driver. Sach is a great communicator and was in touch with us the day before departure. Upon our first meeting, he is warm and friendly telling us a bit about himself before we set out on the road. That was really nice! Being assigned to our group might have been a tall order as we are all former Area Representatives for one of Canada's national/private wine clubs- Opimian Club du Vin. There is so much for all of us to learn! It was clear that he has a huge appreciation for the producers in the area and an interest/passion in learning more and more about the ever changing industry. We all do so, it was a perfect match to have him escort us for the day. Sach kept our group on schedule and, as an added bonus, prompted us to have our pictures taken along the way. At the end, he shared them via the cloud with all of us. He is also a pretty darn good photographer! Clearly, he has an exceptional relationship with winery staff and because of this added polish to an already lovely tour. We enjoyed hearing about his history as a professional hockey player and international coach. All the more special, are his beginnings in our home city located in Saskatchewan.
