It was a great experience overall. The vehicle provided was an open air truck with canopy top and pretty comfortable bench seats. Of course the views were spectacular and we saw portions of the valley not available on the self guided. Tim, our guide, was attentive and informative with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend this tour.
