Tsagaan Suvarga (White Stupa) - The scarp of Tsagaan Suvarga is situated in the southwest of Dundgobi province. This impressive sheer slope was once an ancient seabed, featuring a sedimentary structure formed over millions of years. The slope, facing eastward, is fascinating as it resembles the ruins of an ancient city from a distance. This is why it is called the “White Stupa.” Due to its eastward orientation, animals often fall off during storms. The formation stands over 60 meters tall at its highest point and stretches for an impressive 400 meters. The stupa rises to the sky at a 90-degree angle. After heavy rain, the water cascading down the stupa resembles a massive waterfall.
