Unforgettable Desert Safari – A Perfect Adventure with Abo Salim! - We recently took the Desert Safari Private Tour with Abo Salim as our guide, and it was another unforgettable experience! His knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made the day truly special. The journey took us deep into the stunning landscapes of the Empty Quarter (Rub’ al Khali). The vast dunes were mesmerizing, and the thrill of driving through the sand in a 4x4 was an adventure in itself. Along the way, we enjoyed local coffee, tea, and dates, which added a delightful touch to the experience. Abo Salim’s captivating stories about Omani culture and traditions during the drive made the journey even more enriching. One of the most memorable moments was the chance to interact closely with 1.5-month-old camels – a truly unique and heartwarming experience. The highlight of the tour was witnessing the breathtaking desert sunset, a moment of pure tranquility and beauty. This tour offers the perfect blend of adventure, culture, and stunning desert scenery. We highly recommend it – a must-do for anyone visiting Salalah!

Breathtaking views in the empty quarter - Went to the Francken sense trees, where we got told about how it works and everything..after that we went to the city of Ubar. Thanks to the very honest guide, who told us that it was not really worth the money, we was watching it from the outside, and I have to say, it was totally not that much, and didn't mind it at all that I was not in the city of Ubar. After that we went to watch black camels. That was more then I was expecting. We could touch the camels, and pet them, a wonderful experience! After that, to top the day we went for the sunset in the empty quater..for me that is a must do! Words can't discripe how pretty it was. As final we had a meal in the camp and went happy back home.. Mr. Mohammed Ali, thanks for the fantastic day. You gave us new memories

Rub Al Khali Desert with @visitoursalalah - You will not get better tour services in Oman than organized by Visit Our Salalah company. While visiting a new country with parents and little kid you want excitement but also safe and proffesional services. I can certify you get all these with Visit Our Salalah tour guide. We have been so lucky meeting Mohammed who was not only telling us the stories of the places we have visited together but was ready to answer all (sometimes difficult) questions we have raised in relation to the culture, politics, style of leaving, tradition, religium. Even though it was a long drive, the conversations made it vey attractive to myself and my family as Mohammed speaks very good English, he is also very inteligent and open minded person seeing lots of different horizons and respecting each culture. He was driving us very safely with brand new and super clean 7 seated 4x4 Land Cruise. Mohammed was taking care of us and he was also paying special attention to our 4 years old son showing him a baby camel and answering Arabic greeting "Wa ʿalaykumu s-salam" to "Salam alejkum" raised by our son ca. 167 times during the trip. He also prepared some traditional beverages for us, including lots of convinient small bottles with cold water available as per our request. I learned during this trip different layers of Frankenstein tree but also had super excitement during the Sand Dunes drive with Arabic music. We had an impression at least couple of times that the car will fall over on the right side but nothing like this happened as Mohammed does have extremaly professional driving skills. We have been lucky seeing him praying on desert which was a blessing by itself. This was not just a service but rather VIP exclusive and all inclusive experience worth every $ spend on it and lot more.

Golden Sunset in the Omani Desert - The Desert Safari Sunset tour to Rub Al Khali was an incredible experience, thanks to our fantastic guide, Abo Salim. He led us through the scenic Wadi Dawkah and the ancient ruins of Ubar, sharing captivating stories along the way. His driving skills on the towering dunes were impressive, making the adventure both thrilling and safe. Reaching the Empty Quarter at sunset was magical, and later, stargazing under the clear night sky, we even spotted the Milky Way. Abo Salim’s expertise and enthusiasm made the tour unforgettable. Highly recommended for an authentic Oman desert experience!

Very nice experience - A very good trip in the Empty Quarter Desert. The guide Abo Salim was perfect 🤩 but unfortunately we couldn’t see the sunset due to cloudy weather. Anyway we recommend this tour to explore the desert near Salalah.
