Into the Depths of Cova Fosca

The moment I heard about the Cova Fosca Caving experience, I knew it was a challenge I couldn’t resist. Nestled in the Sierra de Segaria, the Cova Fosca promised an adrenaline rush like no other. As a former professional athlete, I’ve always been drawn to the thrill of the unknown, and this adventure was calling my name.

Arriving at the Partida Vinyals-1, 184, I was greeted by the Alicante Aventura team, who exuded a contagious energy that set the tone for the day. The entrance to the cave was a gaping mouth in the earth, beckoning us to explore its hidden secrets. With our gear secured and a quick safety briefing, we were ready to descend into the heart of the mountain.

The first rappel was a 15-meter drop, and as I leaned back into the harness, the familiar rush of adrenaline coursed through my veins.
