Nice time horse riding with young children - We booked this trip to ride a horse on here primarily for my children with the hope of being able to also ride a camel at the same time as I am for too heavy to ride a horse myself as I am 20st. However when I got there I realised it was either go to a horse stable or go to a camel stable. Two different places. We ended up going to the horses as this is what my children wanted to do and as the price was so cheap I didn’t mind not riding. I along with my wife walked along while my 4 year old boys riding by themselves without anyone needing to hold the reins. The horses were so well behaved and calm around us. At the end the man gave the boys the opportunity to feed the horses and my boys loved it feeding them sugar cubes. He also wanted to take photos to sell to us but when we said we wasn’t bothered as we already had our cameras he didn’t mind and put his camera away. We tipped him and he was very happy.

Well worth every penny . - The communication between us and the company was great and on time. We were driven to the horses where we could pick either a horse or camel and infact we could have done both. The horses were so sweet and friendly and very well trained . It was meant to be an hour but it was well over that and the guides just wanted us to be happy and feel comfortable. This was one of the best afternoons I've spent in a long time.

Would recommend - Good experience getting to ride the horses. The guide was friendly and made sure we were ok throughout the horse ride. We got to have full control over the horse and even got to try out the horse going faster. All in all was a good experience and would recommend

Great experience. - It's good to call to guide grear time before trip to confirm actual pick up time. Private transfer to and from place. It was possible to ride with camels and horses and drink a local tee in between. Kids are happy.

To absolutely avoid - From the Royal Savoy beach in Sharm el Sheikh we made a reservation for 1 hour of horseback riding in the desert via the agency “Adrenaline water sports & safari” which has a small cabin next to the “pyramid diving” diving center. The seller on site and the prospectus promise a ride in the desert….in fact it is a ride on a wasteland, between a fence and a track taken by the quads in the “reserve” which is called “safari” The horses are skeletal and the guide is on foot; that is to say that he walks next to you so you do not go quickly or far. The walk therefore boils down to taking photo poses on horses to sell them to you afterwards. The quads, which are very numerous, pass around you several times, raising a lot of dust and making a lot of noise. This is the worst horseback ride I have ever done. When we shared our opinions with the agency, they replied that we should have chosen the beach and not the desert… all for 35 euros per person without tips of course...
