It is located on the northern slope of Racha ridge, in Shaori basin. Designed with a landslide dam that floods the Shaor River. The Shaori Reservoir stretches from southwest to northeast for a length of 7.1 km and a maximum width of 2.7 km. The greatest depth is 14.5 meters, the average depth is 9.8 meters, the area is 9.2 km. The volume of water is 90.6 million m.
