Beautiful waterfalls - Kravice waterfalls were nice especially on a hot day. We took a boat tour and we thought it was just okay. You can swim and there are chairs and umbrellas available to rent. There are plenty of cafes to sit and eat. Service was great

Really interesting explanations wich allowed us to get a whole overview of the historic situation in countries of ex Yougoslavia

Beautiful places with amazing tour guide! - This day trip was a good choice. We were able to see different places. The Krevica waterfalls were amazing. The Mostar famous bridge is beautiful. It was a bit disappointing because of the crowd. It was hard to find a good spot for photos with the bridge on the background. We wish we had more time to spend at Mostar and Kravica.
Our tour guide, Niko, was great! Very informative and accomodating. He took care of everything when we cross the boarder, back and forth. He always remind us to be respectful of each others time. Niko is fun to be with and one of the best tour guides we ever encountered.
Overall, it was a fun and educational day trip!

Day trip excellence - Our trip was fantastic. A timely pick up in the morning with a very smooth ride from Dubrovnik, through the boarder to Bosnia Herzegovina. Each stop was fantastic. Our guide Drazen had a lot of good advice and spots to go to and see. At Mostar he recommended a spot for lunch that was authentic and delicious! We could not be happier with our experience and more thankful to Drazen and our driver.

Best guide tour! - Nikolas is the best guide ever! So passionate and always keeping us on track, on time and of course he gave us so much information about the places we visited. He loves his job and it is obvious! Would love to go an a trip again with him! Christina - Andreas

Beautiful trip but lengthy delays at boarder - This was a lovely day trip the tour guide was excellent very informative and the country we visited was beautiful well worth a trip, I must add there was a massive waiting time at the boarder 1.5 hrs EACH WAY just sitting on the coach this was a let down but I could not fault anything else, I would not recommend this trip for people with young children and I would imagine they would get very frustrated with waiting such a long time at the boarder it was hard enough for the adults to wait around.

Ok tour - The tour itself was ok as a day trip, but the company didn't provide a guide, just a driver. We could have driven ourselves and there would be no difference. It is nice to hear from locals what you can't read online.
The Kravica waterfall was just ok. The waterfall itself was nice but the bars around were like a busy bazaar, not my cup of tea. I could not stay there for a full day.
Mostar old Town was beautiful but busy, be prepared. The river is stunning, just a shame many tourists don't respect it and litter it.

Cheap trip, cheap service - The coach had a lot of broken seats and was generally very uncomfortable, which was not good for several hours of travelling. The tour guide took everyone’s passports and began handing them back when we crossed the border. However, we stopped at a restaurant before they could give ours back. The guide then nearly lost our passports by leaving them at the restaurant. Luckily a member of staff ran out to the bus before it left and handed them to the tour guide who gave them back. The guide then passive aggressively blamed us for this over the PA system on the coach by reminding everyone to look after their passports. But the PA system barely worked anyway, and half the time we couldn’t hear what he was saying - something many others in the group were complaining about. Pocitelj and Kravice waterfalls were such quick stops that by the time we had walked to what there was to see, it was time to walk back. Other members on the group caused us to leave each location late (at least 10 minutes at each), which granted was a risk, but irritating when only one person holds up the entire group. As a result we didn’t get as much time in each location as we hoped/expected. There was also confusion about where we would be dropped off at the end of the trip. A general warning that the tour operator should include is that border crossings are very slow, sometimes taking hours depending on the time of day.

Terrible customer service - beware! - Booked this tour and emailed the tour operator (before the 24h cancellation window) that I will get off at Mostar and won’t be going back to Dubrovnik. Tour operator replied late and told me that I will have to go back to Dubrovnik or pay extra 100 euros if I decide to stay in Mostar. I asked for a refund instead but the tour operator refused. I explained that it wasn’t my fault that they responded late and I definitely deserve the refund! The operator is still declining to provide a refund - what a scam! Beware of this tour!
