Fantastic Authentic Experience - We recently did a walking food tour in Odea, and it was truly an amazing experience! Our guide Calin took great care in selecting each restaurant, ensuring we had an authentic taste of the local cuisine. Each stop felt thoughtfully chosen, showcasing food that locals genuinely enjoy.
Calin was incredibly gracious and made us feel welcome throughout the tour. The pacing was perfect—just the right amount of walking between tastings, allowing us to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed. While the focus was definitely on the food, he also shared interesting bits of history that enriched the experience.
I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore Odea’s food scene in a relaxed, authentic way!

Perfect tour for food, wine, culture and history - We found an interesting sounding food tour in Oradea and booked right away. The communication was perfect within few hours and we met in the city at the 4 Palast. Quick introduction of the tour and a detailed description of building, history and culture of Brasov and Transylvania. 2 very nice Restaurant with good food traditionally and fency (fried). All with white, rose and red local wines. The end at a very nice coffee at the fortress of Oradea.
For every body being interested to get a quick intensive few how people are living in Transylvania, what they eat and drink as well what there culture is, a perfect 4 hour opportune to experience it. Calin is worth to be booked, we might do it again being around here . Very strong recommendation from us as it was more than expected.

Rich history, beautiful architecture and delicious food and wine - This tour really has it all, thanks to the intimate knowledge of a local like Calin and the unique qualities of Oradea. Of course, the perfect fall weather enhanced an already amazing experience. The city has a long and complicated history that can be seen in its different architecture styles. Oradea's buildings are colorful and richly ornamented. Calin knows the city and its history very well and is a strong advocate for Oradea's charms. The foods and wines I sampled were some of the best I have had on my entire trip in Romania. I highly recommend this tour if you have any interest in history, architecture, delicious food and wine!

Great Experience! - Calin was friendly, personable, and welcoming, making our first experience with someone from Romania truly memorable. His love for Oradea showed in every aspect of our experience. He shared fascinating stories and insights about the city, highlighting its rich history. His passion and dedication were evident in every detail, from the carefully selected dishes to the thoughtfully planned itinerary. He coordinated everything in advance, ensuring the food was ready upon our arrival. The portions were generous and delicious, as was the wine. My only regret is not being able to eat it all!

Best of Oradea - We left SO full and even more in love with Romania! Calin was a great guide - full of energy and willing to answer any question. We enjoyed all of the traditional foods, wine, beer, coffee, and seeing more of the city. Definitely one of the highlights of our entire vacation thanks for a passionate & knowledgeable guide.

Delicious 😋 - Simply fantastic. Nobody goes home hungry or thirsty here. In addition to fantastic cuisine, there are lots of nice insights into the city and a guide who clearly loves his city and good food.

Excellent ! - We had an exceptional experience during our time in Romania. Our guide, Calin, was not only knowledgeable about the country's culture, but also provided us with insightful information about the local cuisine and beverages. We were thoroughly impressed! The culinary journey was a delightful feast of flavors, accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines. It exceeded our expectations and left us with a deep appreciation for Romania's rich gastronomic heritage.
