What a day! - A great day enjoying a boat trip on the red sea. A couple of stops or the chance to snorkel and see the coral reefs and many colourful fish and even see dolphins.
On to Orange Bay which is utterly beautiful and relaxing.
The crew were amazing and fun. They were so helpful and made it such a brilliant full day.

THROWN OFF THE BOAT BY NOUN TRAVEL AND LEFT STRANDED AFTER THEY WANTED TO EXTRACT EXTRA MONEY - I am a German long-stay tourist and traveled EVERY week on the same day and on the same boat which is advertised here on Tripsdvisor by a company called Noun Travel and whuch is called Mousalah, from Adan Beach pier in Hurghada to Orange Bay Island. The last time I travelled was last week. I always repeat the same booking process every week with the same company, Booking.Com and always get a confirmation. I have sent in an official complaint to Booking.Com and requested an investigation. I make the booking always from their website. I also get a confirmation from Viator for this booking, every week. I have also complained to Viator. I do not get an extra confirmation from ""Rent a Boat". This company organizes the pick up from the hotel and back and I have paid them 250 EG Pounds for each time that I did the pick up and return with them. But, I also organized my own journey to the boat which is perfectly legal and which other tourists and locals also do.
Regarding this boat trip here, I have received official confirmation from Viator who are the parent company of Tripadvisor, that Viator and Rent a Boat are the liisted suppliers.
Viator have mot authorized Noun Travel.
Today however I was thrown off the boat in front of all guests/tourists and the captain and the entire boat crew from the boat. I was in my bikini and creamed in with sun tan lotion.
I have of course the proof of payment and the booking number for the boat trip today which I have on my iPhone and which I showed at least twice to someone called Khaled from Noun Travel and also to someone else who did not identify himself. Both men saw my booking confirmation. Both men also saw the booking number. Both men saw the proof with their own eyes. Both men know me because I travel on the same boat all the time. Today they insisted that I did not have a booking. I showed them the confirmation from Booking.Com and from Viator. Noun Travel has not been available by phone, I tried to reach them repeatedly.
I can confirm that Khaleb from Noun Travel told me today thar I have to make the whole payment again in cash because he does not have my booking. He wanted the money from me.
Viator have received complaints from tourists, especially US tourists, that local Egyptian tour operators are demanding extra overpayments from them. I can confirm that this is what happened to me today.
After the disgraceful and very public humiliating throw from the boat, I was lorced off the boat against my will and despite my confirmed booking, I was left stranded on the pier while I had to watch the boat leaving without me. This is a terrible situation for any tourist to experience. My whole day has been ruined. I do not wish this to happen to any other tourist. I cannot describe enough how stressful, distressing and disturbing and full of question marks my experience has been.
I have now already received my money which I paid for this trip, back. I also paid 250 EG Pounds in cash which is supposedly the tourist tax to visit Orange Bay. The man who took this money in cash, did not return the money to me. I had to demand it back several times, which was witnessed by some German tourists from the hotel nearby, before he returned the money.
I am absolutely unhappy and disgusted about the official local organizer of this trip, a company called "Rent a Boat". I have tried to find their address, but they are not listed with their address on Google.
I have repeatedly asked "Rent a Boat" via WhatsUp for their address, company registration number and license, but they refuse to provide this information.
I have to give the worst rating because I experienced the worst. I want to stress that this bad rating is for the official seller/s and organizer/s and not the boat and the crew. The boat and the crew are absolutely wonderful and I have have given them a deserved 5 star rating before. I know that it is not their fault, but my overall experience today was sheer horror and disbelief, and 100% negative and awful and created a really bad impression.
I have to add though that Egyptisn people stick together and that the boat crew did not help me and not intervene. I was on my own today without support from the boat crew who know me because I travel every week with them.
I want to add that a man called MM from Noun Travel really pushed me very hard to publish a review hrre on Tripadvisor. He sent me the Tripadvisor link on WhatsUp and demanded that I write the review on the boat with him standing next to me.I still got his message dated the 6.10. om my phone and I publush this review via the lunk he sent me.
I will now of course not do any trip with Noun Travel and avoid this company like the pest. Vistor have assured me that what happened to me is totally unacceptable.
