SEE ALL OF ARUBA - Winston and the other kid working the day of our cruise ship excursion from carnival. They were great, explained everything. Even gave me an upgrade because someone from our ship wanted to rent what I was scheduled for. If you want to see the whole island yourself, use these guys, right off the pier too.

Stand Up Company - Rented a UTV and had a mechanical problem. Took it back and they immediately gave us a phenomenal upgrade. Will definitely use them again on our next trip to Aruba.

Spectacular - Had the best day exploring the island with my husband! The staff is friendly also and picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back off at the end of our 8 hours!

Fantastic customer service - We made a mistake and got stuck and had to pay for the damage that we caused to the ATV, since it was my fault that was understandable. But they were so nice about it and they tried everything to keep the cost low and waived other fees. They even provided us with a Jeep for the rest of the day and next day to save our vacation. They were some of the nicest people you could ever meet. The best person ever was Nandana, if I mis-spelled your name I apologize.

Great people, small issues. I would recommend them. - Everyone was very nice. Affordable. They were about 30 minutes late to pick us up at our resort, no worries it all worked out. The side by sides were pretty rough shape, lotsa rust and the 4 wheel drive does not work, as my wife and I got stuck for about an hour until we found help to push it out. Next time I would prefer a nicer one with more suspension.

UTV - Our UTV rental was kind of a waste of money. Our person, who we were supposed to meet at 8:00 AM, did not show up until 8:20 AM, carrying his breakfast. So, we got a late start. The UTV has no front window, no turn signal or headlights. We got caught in a rainstorm that was unbearable. We were on the main highway, with rain, shooting on us and our faces and eyes. We had no protection from it except the roof of the UTV. Very dangerous situation. We were not given face protection, luckily, we had our own.

Good experience - The ad says bring they bring side by sides to the hotel and then they pick them up from the hotel. That is not true. They pick you up in a van and you have to return them back to their office and they transport you in a van back. Other than it wasn’t what I expected. We enjoyed the experience.

Not what I expected! - For the price, I was expecting premium buggies. But they were old, extremely loud, and in poor condition. If the company can upgrade to better and smoother UTVs' it would be a way better experience.

Crappy equipment - Given 2 different UTVs and had to take them both back. Ended up getting the original one back after being fixed but by then we lost about 2 hours of time due to their crappy equipment. Wasted $250.00 on this as a Valentine’s gift to my SO. No offer to even reimburse me for part of the money I was out.

Did not happen - Would not recommend this company. They cancelled the night before, but we were able to book with another company (depalm) and had an amazing time. Still working to get a refund from this company.
