Baby Beach - On the southeastern side of the island, you’ll find one of Aruba’s most iconic and frequented beaches. Here, people of all ages enjoy the stunning turquoise sea and pristine white sandy beach. You can’t miss the historic backdrop of this beach in industrial San Nicolas. Here, you can swim and snorkel.
-
Natural Bridge - The original Natural Bridge collapsed in 2005, but you can still see its remains. Don’t worry, though, as there’s another natural bridge adjacent to the original. While not as large, it’s equally breathtaking and is now the largest natural bridge in Aruba. Here, you will hike the area.
-
Natural Pool - Situated in the national park, the Natural Pool is formed by volcanic rocks, providing a barrier against the crashing waves. You’ll see waves breaking against the rocks and gently splashing into the pool. It takes nearly 100 steps to descend to the pool. Here, you can hike, swim, and snorkel.
-
California Lighthouse and Sasariwichi Dunes - Named after a British merchant steamship that wrecked nearby in 1891. After the wreck, merchandise washed ashore, which locals collected and sold. Plans to build a lighthouse soon followed. The keeper lived near the lighthouse, which is now fully functional, and the keeper’s house has been converted into an Italian restaurant. Here, you will hike the area.
-
Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins - These ruins are the remnants of a gold smelter. The structure is made of volcanic rocks. You can enter through the side or rear entrance to see sections of the old factory inside. The windows offer beautiful views of the limestone and volcanic rock coastline, where you can admire the rough surf hitting the rocks. Here, you will hike the area.
-
Alto Vista Chapel - This Catholic chapel, as it stands today, dates back to 1952 and has undergone many renovations and restorations. It is built on the same site as a more primitive place of worship erected in 1750. Alto Vista Chapel is said to be one of the first places where the local native population was converted to Christianity. Nowadays, it’s mostly visited by tourists. Here, you will hike the area.
-
Fontein Cave - Inside these damp and humid caves, you’ll see natural columns formed by the filtering of minerals, known as stalactites and stalagmites. Additionally, you’ll find Indian hieroglyphs that date back hundreds of years. Don’t be surprised to see long-tongued bats at certain times of the day. Here, you will hike the area.
-
Wariruri Beach - Wariruri is an old Indian word. This attraction is located on the northern, rocky part of Aruba and is popular among surfers due to its beach and white sand dunes. It is flanked by a naturally formed limestone bridge and offers some of the most spectacular views. This natural bridge is currently the second largest of its kind in Aruba.
