North coast safari and snorkeling, Aruba - Just finished the “North coast safari and snorkeling” tour. This was my third time using De Palm Tours for excursions and I had the best time! Richie was my driver/tour guide and he was exceptional! He thoroughly explained the history behind the stops we made and was very attentive as I did this most recent excursion solo. I HIGHLY recommend De Palm tours to anyone traveling to the island for shuttle to and from airport but more importantly, the various excursions they offer! Already looking forward to my 2025 trip!

Great time - This was awesome. I loved all the sites, the lighthouse, natural bridge, rock climbing, and butterfly farm and aloe factory. Tour guide was excellent. So much fun. Worth going for sure!!

Fun day with our friendly guide, Ziggy - We had a great tour and really fun tour today with Ziggy! We especially enjoyed the time at the beach and would love to come back sometime soon!

Great tour, ask for Bernie to drive! - Bernie, our driver was THE BEST!! The tour itself was the perfect amount of time and covered the sites well. Bernie made the difference! Knowledgeable, funny, personable, witty, well informed and helpful! Also a really good photographer when looped in, 5 stars due to Bernie!

Great Tour - Jay was an excellent tour guide he was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave a great deal of information regarding the history of the island.

Loved this tour! - This tour was Awesome! Nice way to see the entire island. Francis our bus driver was friendly, fantastic, & knowledgeable! My favorite part was the Butterfly farm. Air conditioned bus, no better way to see the island! I would 100% recommend. Plus they pick you up in your hotel lobby. Thank you Tamarjin concierge for recommending.

Great tour guide - The tour guide was amazing! Jojo made the tour fun and very enjoyable! Everywhere we went was also very beautiful and scenic!

Amazing Tour with Earlyson - This was my first time to Aruba. We went with a group of 40+ people. The group leaders booked an island tour with DePalm tours and Earlyson was our driver. I cannot recommend him enough. We stopped at many, many places and he was so knowledgeable about the island. I learned so much and had so much fun. He is personable, funny and made this tour absolutely amazing. We stopped for lunch at a quaint out of the way place that was adorable. We also made stops at the chapel, Aloe farm, butterfly farm, the natural bridge and so many other places. He showed us every inch of the island. I highly recommend taking this tour and INSISTING on Earlyson as your driver/tour guide operator. You won't be disappointed.

Experience to Experience - I really enjoyed the butterfly farm and being up close and personal with the butterflies. Also learning about how true aloe is produced.

Lack of Duty of Care and people skills - We booked this on the recommendation of our hotel. The hotel booked a 5 hour tour that turned out to be 4 hours as the driver said that's all he got paid for! The day did not start well with the guide was talking to us with both hands NOT holding the steering wheel! When a member of the party shouted that there was another vehicle heading towards us, he said he had many years experience and not to worry. He later told us that he could drink and drive in Aruba. The island tour was great and we saw many areas that we would not have seen. At the end of the tour we felt pressured as the guide said he got paid so little by his company he had to rely to tips and then went into explain the amount that should be given, we did tip, but it left a negative impression of the tour. If a guide meets and exceeds expectations, visitors will tip they don't need all the pressure to make them feel uncomfortable. My wife a I were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary and felt the experience did not carry and Duty of Care and Best Practice or perhaps he was just inexperienced and lacked life skills.
