Thank you Joe! - What an absolutely amazing experience. We had read such great things about Kay's, a giant selection with a family feel and it was spot on. Joe was incredible. He had excellent selections and never made us feel pressured to buy or to look above our budget, he let the ring choose us and it absolutely did. Joe was patient, knowledgeable and funny, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Joe and thank you Kay's! You were the final touch to an amazing trip to Aruba.

Best Experience! - Visited Kay’s Fine Jewelry today to shop with our favorite salesperson and friend Joe. He knows my taste, and makes great suggestions. Joe is very kind and not pushy in any way. We left today with exactly what I was looking for and more! Don’t go anywhere else if you are looking for quality, uniqueness, and the best customer service.

Our favorite store! - When you go to Kay’s Fine Jewelry the first time you become family. Outstanding selection, great pricing and the staff is amazing. Tesh Chugani is extremely knowledgeable about the products in the stores. For 35 years Kay’s has been our go store every time we travel. Terrific service after the sales. Can’t recommend enough!

Another successful family visit! - We visited Kay’s three times during our stay in February. Our first purchase was a tiny gold turtle pendant for my granddaughter. She loves mine, bought at Kay’s several years ago, and now she will have her own! 🐢 We went back to peruse the diamonds, in search of a 35th wedding anniversary gift. As always, we were greeted like family, treated to some beverages, and never felt pressured to buy. We slept on it and returned the next day to buy a gorgeous ring that signifies Aruba to us. After ringing us up, Steve said I think I can get you a lower price, and to our surprise he was able to credit back $300! Talk about building trust! We then bought a matching pendant! Many great experiences at Kay’s over the years and during our last vacation! Happy to be a part of the family! 💍 💎 🌊

Ask for Nick - Went in after reading other reviews online that Kay’s offered the best selection and quality. After checking out other shops closer to our hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the inventory available at Kay’s. Nick was great to work with and found me exactly the right piece. Great experience.

Always satisfied at Kay Jewelers - Kay’s is the Best jewelry store in the Caribbean . Have purchase from them in Aruba and Nassau. Only store we look for when traveling in the Caribbean.

Outstanding!!! - I have been going to Kay's for the last 12 years - each year better than the last - this time around my husband purchased my engagement ring (married first than engaged....lol) Tesh and Jerry were very helpful working with us to pick out the right diamond and setting - no stress- no pressure.
My daughter also picked out her 25th birthday present - a Diamond Flexi and she hasn't taken it off since! I also purchased one for myself on our way to the airport when we stopped in to say see you soon!
We are always treated like FAMILY not just a customer that is why I only shop at Kay's.

Pay for What You Get! - Not as expected. It was not organized. We were suppose to have someone assigned to us, but that didn't happen. We did have champagne, but it was really just cab fare to a store.
