Convenience - Their service added to our convenience getting to our stay and back to the airport. The drivers were nice and punctual. Totally recommended.

Round trip airport shuttle. They are friendly and so much cheaper than a taxi. - My husband and I love EL tours, we have been going with them three times. They are always on time picking us up at the airport in Aruba. They drop us off at our hotel and take us back to the airport with no problems.

Shared transfers - Love El Tours, friendly dependable service. The cost is extremely reasonable for the transfers, and we have used for over 10 years and they have never been late.

EL Tours - Friendly and right on time - It was a pleasure using EL Tours. From the moment we met them at the airport they were very friendly and helpful. The ride to the resort was very nice, and when it was time to leave Aruba and go back to the airport, our pick up arrived exactly when we were told they would be there.

Airport Transfers with EL Tours - The transfers were in a medium size passenger van. A representative displayed my name in the airport arrivals hall and I checked in. There was a slight delay leaving the airport due to waiting for other people but the transfer to my hotel was made in a reasonable time. For my return, I called the company the day before and the van arrived at my hotel right on time. The trip to the airport was made smoothly and quickly after picking up passengers from nearby hotels. All round the service was good.

Airport Depature Not Enough Time - The staff is nice and the depature from the airport was great, very prgnaized. The reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the departure to the airport wasn't good. If you have multiple stops to make on the way to the airport and are supposed to arrive at the airport 3hrs prior- traffic, wait time for customers, and congestion from other tour pick ups going to the same hotels should all be taken into consideration.....I think that pick up times should be earlier so that you're not arriving at the airport exactly at 3hrs. Otherwise, people are better off taking a taxi.

Take a taxi instead - We waited for almost 30 min before we could even leave the airport and had to walk a long ways to the van it wasn’t even pulled up to the doors and we were dragging all of our luggage we didn’t do the return to the airport and chose to get a taxi as we didn’t feel the timing was going to be accurate of when we needed to be there. Many people were confused as we were told to wait in one area with no other information was disappointing experience
