- The activity is not guaranteed if the sea condition is rough, and your activity will be rescheduled as per the next availability. For safety reasons, mobile phones are strictly prohibited while operating the jet ski on the water.

Fun and exciting!! - Me and my sisters went while we were in Aruba on family vacation! everything from booking, pickup, drop-off, and riding were easy and efficient! We went with out 2 younger sisters who were 9 years old so i would definitely recommend for kids who are younger and wanting to experience Jetking or have done it before like we have! just make sure to bring sunglasses for the spray from the water but the instructors and equipment were excellent!

So much fun! - This experience was so fun! It was extremely thrilling and just overall a great experience. Check in is super easy and simple and they even offer to hang on to your keys while you go jet ski! The crew is absolutely amazing, we accidentally showed up and did the jet skiing and day early and they said it was okay which we thought was extremely generous considering it was our mistake, I would highly recommend this excursion!

Great time - Had a great time on the two seater with me and my girlfriend. 30 minutes doesn’t sound like a lot of time but trust me it’s enough. Overall, great experience.

Totally Awesome - We had so much fun.. it was brilliant. The instructor tells me he gave me the turbo . I thought he says that to everyone..
no it was and I was the last one out and caught up and smoked my friends.
We had such a blast and are trying to book one more trip before we go.
I saw lots of turtles.
The only downside is trying not to hit the turtles..

I do NOT Recommend - Jet skis were in poor condition (torn seats cutting up my bumm) and when asked for better condition vehicle was told there is no better (this was found out to be a lie). First jet ski my kids got would not work. Traded out broken for working one that I was told was not available. I felt like they just didn’t care what kind of experience we had. We were told to show up 20 mins early but no one was there till our scheduled time. The ride itself was fun which is where the “stars” came from. With so many other companies to choose from there is nothing about this company that would create me ever wanting to choose them again.

DO NOT BOOK - I purchased one JetSki for two people, and when I arrived, everything seemed great until we had to go into the water and get instructions from the guy who puts you on the jetSki he was extremely disrespectful, mean and yelled way too many times he made it less fun before we could even take off (idk his name he had braces & dark skin) so if you haven’t rode a JetSki before that is an extremely dangerous and toxic way to start luckily I knew how to ride a JetSki but my friend didn’t he made rude comments about my friends weight and when we drove off she unfortunately fell off the JetSki, which made me fall as well. He refused for both of us to go back on the JetSki together and told me to ride off without her. And that he will ride her on his JetSki instead turns out that was all a lie when I drove off I couldn’t find her or him when I came back to shore he told me my 30 minute was up and that she could not get on the JetSki he basically all along didn’t want her on the jetski so he lied and took her money I will not recommend this for someone who has no JetSki experience is thinking about riding with someone else or is sensitive to people disrespecting them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! It’s not worth it

Very fun but bad service - What can I tell you, jet skis are super fun and extreme, I recommend that you do it.
But there is someone who works there who does not make the business look good, smokes marijuana in front of people and children and is very rude to women, harasses them and says mean things to them.
I don't remember his name very well but he is from Moreno.
It's a shame that because of one person the entire company looks bad. People like that are no good for working with tourists.

No care for safety - We had a terrifying experience. These people do not care about your safety, they just want your money. I am a single mom and was with my two teenagers. None of us have ever jet skiied before. They told us it was perfectly safe and they’d teach us everything we needed to know. They never asked how old my kids were or even asked for their names. They took our money, stuck us on the jet skis, turned them on and pushed us out to sea. There was no lesson. There was no opportunity to ask any questions. I had no time to make sure my kids were ok. My son’s machine stopped working and he was stranded in the ocean. Nobody was watching us. We were waving frantically for help and nobody was coming. somebody finally came to fix his machine, and he was very rude about it and then purposely splashed me and my daughter and took off laughing. A few minutes later my daughter and I were hit by another jet ski. It was terrifying. We couldn’t get off those things fast enough. We were then told we had to pay for damages and if we didn’t have money they would follow us back to our resort. This was the most un-safe experience I have ever had on vacation. We were traumatized by the whole thing. DO NOT DO IT!!!
