To provide our service, it is essential to have the passenger’s phone number. You can reach us via email, WhatsApp, or text messages.
Passengers traveling to a Cruise or MCO will receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their scheduled reservation time, and another notification upon arrival at the parking area outside the cruise terminal. Passengers with bags in hand should call or text the driver to confirm (the driver’s name and phone number will be sent via text and email on the day of service before you disembark). After a 20-minute wait from the scheduled time, a charge will be applied to the account on file for every 15-minute increment.
For passengers needing pickup at other locations, a call or text from the driver or dispatcher will be sent 30 minutes before the reservation time, and another notification upon arrival at the pickup area (the driver’s name and phone number will be sent via text and email 45 minutes before arrival). After a 15-minute wait from the scheduled time, a charge will be applied to the account on file for every 15-minute increment.
Our vehicles are safe, clean, and covered by commercial insurance. They are not wheelchair accessible but are stroller accessible, and infant seats are available. Gratuities are additional to the service rate. Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If canceled less than 24 hours before the reservation, the payment will not be refunded.
Luggage limits are based on the capacity of each van. (A single stroller is considered one suitcase, and a double stroller is considered two suitcases). Please contact us if additional luggage space is needed.
