Engagement bliss - The staff was pleasant and helpful, and being able to listen to music while doing the sips in the sky options was fantastic

Orlando Eye - The views are amazing. I wish i could ride Orlando eye during nightime on my next visit. My nephew is also happy we had that kind of experience.

Some views - Didn't think it was that high till at the top!!! What a view. Ability to listen to won music and have a beer from the bar just made it perfect.

Amazing Experience - We went right after sunset and saw the fantastic cityscape with magical hues. I connected my phone to our pod and played the best songs. The only cons I have are the price and the fact that it was a bit smelly from all the people before us.

Good Experience - Overpaid! Pay upon arrival! You - Overpaid using this voucher by $60 as the line to the aquarium was over an hour wait which is very difficult for children. Perhaps allocated times would ensure everyone who purchased a voucher would gain access to the aquarium. The Orlando Eye was good but the digtal photo explanation was extremely cumbersome and confusing as the representative did a very poor job explaining the various packages and what was included in this purchased voucher.

Only once is enough. - Not really worth the $40 each…you go around once,, it takes 25 minutes and there’s a narrative inside the weatherproof cab explaining the ride. You can buy drinks to enjoy, play your own music but the inside of the cab looks like you can hose it down if needed. Small place to sit.

Disappointed - This experience is overpriced and the night view not worth it. I booked a ticket allowing me two rotations, which took 40 minutes. The night view is nothing special and I regretted paying extra. My kids were bored out of their minds as all they saw was blackness on one side and a beyond view of universal volcano bay. Maybe a day view is better but the price point is ridiculous.

Good way to pass the time - Nothing spectacular about the experience. The views of Orlando are fine though I’m still not sure what all I saw other than the Amazon Distribution Center, the recorded commentary about the science of the wheel is amusing, and everything is tourism-driven. It was a way for us to eat up some time before our next stop but it is overpriced and very mediocre.

Nothing special. - It is nothing special.. boring to be honest. Long lines, waited 2 hours to finally get though. I bought digital package but only got 2 photos. The rest they still wanted me to buy. Why?

Not worth the price - I bought tickets for my family of 14 on January 18th. I made a reservation for 8:00 pm, hoping to see the fireworks in Disneyworld. We arrived well before our reservation time. We bought the package that included drinks. Everything except the man loading passengers on to cars was totally chaotic. The person that took the customary picture before we got on to the ride was totally inept as was proven by the terrible pictures that we were shown. Some members of my party were not even in the picture. There was only one person making our drinks even though there were 3 people behind the bar. When we finally got on the line we realized there would be at least an hour wait and we would definitely miss the fireworks, very disappointing. What is the purpose of making a reservation if you are put in line with everyone else that bought tickets at the venue? As we waited on line we noticed that there was not a minimum number in each car. Many cars were loaded with just one or two people. Our drinks that we purchased with the package were finished or warm before we got into our car. This was a huge disappointment especially considering the cost for a party of 14.
