Intimate evening with good food and story line - It was a very nice and intimate setting as the cast entertained with the story of the Titanic. It was humorous at times but also an opportunity to reflect upon the sacrifices of many who perished. Lots of artifacts to see. Food was very good. .

Wonderful - The ending of the show was very sad 😔 just the thought what really happened in 1912. It really touched me inside my heart.

A wonderful experience - My husband and I really enjoyed the interaction with the Titanic personnel. I would recommend to anyone experiencing this to allow yourselves to be emerged in the time period of 1912 and and really put yourself in the person's name on your ticket. We actually felt, granted minimally, some of the fear and despair that the passengers may have felt that fateful night.

Incredibly Eventful Evening - I surprised my husband for his 55th Birthday because he loves the Titanic! We loved the entire experience! We arrived about 3pm to walk through the exhibit and at 5pm we walked into the cocktails and appetizers, which were very good! The actors were always in character and incredibly friendly! We then were seated to dinner which was absolutely delicious and entertaining! We felt like we were part of the actual Titanic, and every person was assigned a name from an actual person on that fateful night. After dinner, the actors led us to the stair case where the events of the night would end tragically with the ship hitting the iceberg.

An unforgettable experience - AMAZING experience, we all know the story of the Titanic, we all know it’s true. But the experience in this museum with the meal puts you in the seat of the passengers, and the emotion is real. We visited twice, a first by ourselves where we had fun knowing if we were alive or dead (or assign you boarding passes corresponding to real passengers), we enjoyed the visit well. The second time, the same day in “theatre” version was incredible, the moment we realize the drama, the separation “women and children first” literally made us cry and yet we were not really there. This experience will remain etched in us forever.

Thoroughly enjoyable for four generations of family! - We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday with 4 generations of family. The experience far exceeded my expectations! The actors were spot on, the venue felt more authentic than I ever could have imagined and the meal was quite tasty. We all know how tragically the story ends but the cast and crew treated the ending with reverence and dignity. Bring your imagination and you will experience the Titanic like never before!

They were not allowed... - They were not allowed customers to take picture with phone with pilot 🧑‍✈️.its just business .they were selling pictures very expensive . first, I took a picture on the stairs at both, but then I didn’t have my picture because they say you have to purchase. It’s not fare already. I paid a lot of money for family of 4 for dinner. It’s so embarrassing when they selling a picture to families at least one picture they can offer free.

Fun and interesting experience - PROS: The displays and actors were good, food was pretty good and portions adequate (especially the spinach dip at the cocktail party -- yum), staff were very organized and kept guests on schedule. The actor who played the captain, a senior gentleman, noticed immediately that we were with a special needs young adult who would likely have trouble going up the staircase for a photo. He quickly and voluntarily came down the steps to the bottom so he didn't have to climb the stairs. It was so thoughtful and touching! The performance and stamina of an actor of his age was also quite impressive. CONS: Female actor who went around the crowd at the cocktail party and before the show really started was a little too overzealous and in your face. Unlike the captain, she didn't read the signs of our special needs guest and how uncomfortable he was with her going on and on with her spiel directed at him close up. It was an innocent oversight but something that the actors should try to recognize. The whole show took a bit longer than 3 hours -- close to 3 1/2 -- which started to get tiring since it was interactive and energetic. Overall, we enjoyed this adventure and learned a thing or two about the Titanic disaster and the people who fell victim to it.

Good actors, horrible food, Viator needs to change start time - Great actors bring history to life in little snippets. That part was enjoyable. The meal was horrendous. Steak like leather, chicken not much better. Loaded potatoes were good. Viator lists starting time at 5. If you wanted to do the self guided tour, you had to be there earlier. We missed that part, which is unfortunate.

Actors good everything else terrible - No enough communication to set the expectations of how the night was scheduled. The staff did little to nothing help the communication to the paying guests. You never knew what was going on until it was already happening and most people were confused. For the money we paid for this attraction it I would not recommend wasting your hard earned money or time in it. They also try to enforce rules not in the terms and conditions which was really a turn off for us the food was cold by time it hit our table.
