Excellent …. - We had friends visiting us from across the pond. We chose this as a gala dinner. It was amazing. Great characters who put on a great show. The food was wonderful too. We had a great evening.

Really worth a try! - The titanic dinner gala experience is definitely worth it. The food was outstanding, the actors all played their parts well and did interact with the guests.

Don’t pass this up! - We attended the Dinner Gala on the 111th anniversary of the tragedy (4/12/23). The dinner was delicious from start to finish and the entertainment was fantastic. I thought that we were having a recreation of what would have been served as the final dinner on the Titanic, but after the stewardess recited that menu, I was thrilled with what we had. The Captain, the ship’s designer, the chairman of the White Star line, an actress, a stewardess, and Margaret Brown were our leaders and we had an absolutely wonderful time during a surprise party Mrs. Brown threw to celebrate the Captain’s upcoming retirement. No photos were allowed or I would have taken LOTS! So many amazing and wonderful experiences! However, when the reenactment reached the tragic part of the night, I got chills, and not just because the room was cold (which it was). The women and children were separated from men over 16 and led separately and in silence to the area where the lifeboats would have been boarded. Since it was the anniversary, we also had a candle-light vigil and observed a moment of silence to reflect. We were then invited to return to the area with the passenger and crew manifest to find out if the person listed on our boarding passes survived or perished. SPOILERS: My husband and I were Mr. and Mrs. Isador Strauss, owners of Macys Department Store. When he wasn’t allowed to board a lifeboat, I chose to step off and stay with him and we both perished.

Titanic gala event - This was fantastic. The gala dinner was very well organised, the actors were great, very engaging. The food was lovely and I felt very moved by the stories. It was very moving when we got to the boarding deck and molly brown sang a song. Loved seeing the grand staircase and had photos with the captain which we purchased at the end. It was interesting to find out whether I lived or died based on my name on that evening aboard titanic. My boys are aged 14 and 9 and they both too thoroughly enjoyed it , would highly recommend

Enjoyed the experience of the replicate of the event - We had a large group of 40 and I felt the staff and all did a decent job. It wasn't the best meal but by far the the worse meal either. But, remember your really paying for the show and I felt all the actors did well. If you include the exhibit part you will have some time between as they close up for a bit to change over to the dinner gala. Go to the bar next door. Great drinks. I would recommend doing the the artifact exhibition as well. Very interesting.

A good subject, poorly done. - This was a good idea, but poorly executed. After being given our boarding passes, we spent a tedious hour+ hanging around waiting for guests to have their photo taken. You could buy a drink but there was nothing to do. We were then taken to the Grand Staircase, for another chance to have your photo taken. Both photo ops were chargeable. Another 30 min yawn. We were then shown to our tables and seated for our meal. The Actors did well to entertain us ( like a murder mystery dinner) but the food was poor and the service was equally poor ( some guests at the table served, then nothing for five minutes, then the rest served. Plates taken away at various times while others were still eating. Not a silver-service experience). Even buying wine meant you had to leave your table and go to another room to order it. The actors were good and did their best but could not recover the poor start. The final section, when the ship had struck the iceberg, was respectfully done and there was a sense of quiet sadness and understanding, albeit a little abrupt in the ending. For $83pp we expected more. The actors were good but this isn't a show we will be recommending to family and friends.

Boring Wait for Dinner; Museum OK - We bought the dinner gala tickets, which included the self-guided tour. We self-toured the museum beforehand, which was definitely helpful to know some history before just eating a meal. The artifacts and info in the museum were interesting, and an hour would be sufficient time for most people to tour. It was a bit too dark to see and read some of the exhibits. If you are coming for the dinner only, you will have dinner before seeing the exhibits on a little tour, so it's harder to immerse yourself in the tragic story. Regardless, everyone joining the dinner gala can enter the ticket room at 5pm when the area is un-roped for a little cocktail party. Customers are given a "boarding pass" for an actual passenger who had set sail; it was interesting to see their background, ship class, and you can find out how they fared later. We didn't see the "captain" come out for a while. A cash (only) bar is available, along with tortilla chips with spinach dip, and a plate of raw veggies with dip. However, there were only a few high top tables available to set your items on, and dozens of people had no place to set their things on, making it very awkward. They definitely need more high top tables to properly accommodate paying customers, along with additional garbage cans. Note that you cannot bring any food or drinks past this room, so pay attention to the time. The reception for our day went from 5 to 5:45 pm. As in most places these days, we saw casual and very dressed up guests - whatever you want to wear is fine. Now, the lag time wasted waiting for dinner before entering the dining room was absolutely terrible. The customers were then split into groups, and one group has to quickly walk through the tour area to the replicated grand staircase, have a photo taken with their party, and then return to a holding room to stand until 6:30 - doing nothing. No seats, no info... nothing but standing and waiting... Very boring, especially for the few kids stuck in this scenario. A roll-up bar cart was set up, but didn't open until everyone had been seated for dinner and introductions were done. This was a long, boring, and very tiring time. Then the second group had to do the same, and finally all returned to our "holding corral." It then took 15 minutes to be seated as they randomly called guests in by their pre-assigned table number. We expected to be eating much earlier than 6:30 pm. Before the dining room opened and guests were ushered in, tossed salads and a cup of chicken soup were already at each place setting. There were 10 guests at each table; everyone at our specific table had cold soup. The rest of the meal was alright. The pieces of sirloin served were quite varied. Everything is prepared ahead, and there is no meal customization unless you have a food allergy. It was quite similar to some wedding reception meals we've had. It is not part of a restaurant, so I don't know where the food is prepared. Actors are dressed the part of people on the Titanic to entertain guests while the next course is being readied in the kitchen area. This was drawn out too much, but I'm sure it's because the staff had a lot to do to move the meal along. The servers and actors did a good job. After the meal, the group was ushered out of the room and through the museum on a short tour, and to see the photos they want you to buy. The gift shop has some nice items. Since we did a tour before dinner, we had seen enough and left. The entire dinner experience was just not set up well and coordinated appropriately, so overall, we would personally not recommend wasting time with the dinner, and we were overall disappointed with our experience.

Not a place to ever go to again. - Not the best experience my family and I have ever had at a dinner shoe. Started out with not being asked how we would like our steak cooked like everyone else seemed to be asked. Then we had to wait in a line while every couple or group in front of us was able to take their time with getting a photo but we were rushed through. Seemed like the photographer was told they needed to speed things up and we just happened to be the first group near the end that was not given time to properly present ourselves. Then we could not get any of the appetizers everyone else got because there was no room to get to it and by the time you did there was nothing left to get. Watched as some people were using the big bowls where the food was as their personal dipping bowls. So we tried to get drinks. Asked the bartender if they only accepted cash or if we could use our credit card. He said "Sorry, cash unfortunately." We usually do not carry cash with us. Our daughter had some cash on her so we borrowed it to pay for two sodas and a mixed drink. The very next person in line asked if he accepted credit cards. He said of course. I immediately spoke up and said I thought you told me only cash. His response was "Did I say that? Sorry". I was fuming. Not even 3 minutes after getting the drinks as we were trying to find somewhere to stand or sit, we are being told we have to dump our drinks as we would be moving into an area where drinks were not allowed. So we barely got to take a sip of our drinks before that money went down the drain. Then we could not get into the room everyone else was in to listen to the speaker in there. Wife and daughter wanted to leave by that time. Told the employees we are leaving and not staying because of our experience so far. Another employee asked what the problem was. I explained everything that had happened so far and that we were not getting the experience most of the others were getting and were paying for drinks we could barely drink. Was told they wanted us to have a good experience and that drinks would be put at our table in the other room before we get to the dining room. Because we could not hear or see the speaker they were going to get the speaker to come right back in and speak to us after the group left the room. They pushed our daughter ahead to the other room when she wanted to be back with her mom and dad. Then they separated everyone there into two groups, first class and 2nd class. We did not know what was going on because we were stuck in the last room waiting on a speaker that never came. Our luck we got put in 2nd class which would have to wait on everyone put in first class to get their next pictures first and then they got access to a bar to get drinks again first. Problem was we did not know that pictures were being taken again and that we were 2nd class. The tickets I bought for the experience and dinner said First Class. I told my wife and daughter to stay in line while I go figure what was going on. As I watched people in first class already going about their own business back to the area where we were at. I saw pictures being taken again and already been through this hassle earlier. So we decided to leave. I asked the bartender which way was the exit and he said one moment and he grabbed the employee that spoke with us earlier. She asked what the problem was. I told her that we were stuck in a line again for more photos, did not know what the heck was going on and then the speaker never came back to tell us what we missed. She said she was going to have the speaker come talk to us after the next photo session. I was thinking so while we miss what everyone else is experiencing and also waiting to try to use the restroom and not having anything to drink for a while. I told her we just want to leave. I also said she told us the speaker would come back to talk to us after everyone left the first room. Felt like we were just being used as cattle instead of individuals who paid the same as everyone else and wanted the same experience as everyone else was getting. We wanted nothing more and nothing less. It is what we paid for but we were not getting the same experience. We had another employees following us rhe whole time where it made us feel like we had done something wrong up to the point where we decided to leave. We had already been there for almost an hour due to being in lines constantly. Sorry, it is hard to just leave the amount we paid for the experience and dinner. But we were not getting the experience and we left well before even getting to the dining room. We decided to stop at a store as soon as we left to get drinks and then went to a restaurant to get some dinner since we were not eating at the show. This experience was the worse. Happened tonight on 23 December 2022 as we decided to do something that was supposed to be fun as a early Christmas dinner because we did not want to be out on Christmas Eve. We are never going back there again and would rather spend our money on the other dinner shows in Orlando which treat their guests alot better.
