Universal: Review made by Neha - Universal studios had amazing attractions, there were rollercoasters, simulators and shows. There was a thrilling ride, called Revenge of The Mummies, a incredibly funny show called the horror make up show, animal actors which was amazing and more! There were also lots of nice employees, such as Rob! He's a nice, funny guy and suggested loads of amazing rides! Overall Universal was amazing and I recommend to anyone who is willing to try it! - Neha

Universal Fun! - We had a great time! We didn't use fast passes, but rode a few rides and enjoyed all there was to see! Beautiful park! Lots of places to take a break if you need one:)

More rides, less roller coasters. - Too many roller coasters for the ones of us that don’t ride them. Disappointed that there were not enough, if any, rides for sensitive people.

Great rides, spoiled by rude staff - Visited in August 2024 - going to both parks over a week. The park itself is clean and easy to navigate. The rides were good - especially Transformers and The Mummy. Some others felt a little dated, like The Simpsons Ride and E.T. though I know lots of people still enjoy these. Unfortunately rude staff left us feeling disappointed and made us lose the magic feeling. If you are used to the friendly Disney cast members, you will be in for a shock. We were made to feel very unwelcome in some areas. The one exception were the lovely staff at the Irish Bar. Some rides require lockers. Only the smallest size (approx the size of a mail slot) are free, others cost to rent. At Disney World, all lockers are free. It felt like a rip off - as did the carnival stalls at the Simpsons area. The games were expensive and prizes did not even relate to the Simpsons or anything Universal. It cheapened the experience. We probably won't return. The rides are outstanding but the rude staff and feeling of being ripped off really spoiled the magic for us.

Great rides, terrible staff, really unclean. - The rides are very good, Jurassic rides are fantastic. Unfortunately there is always one demographic of people pushing in. Lines for food or cramming in shelters from heat o r rain are crazy. One guy passed out from heat stroke which we felt like as there is limited seating or shade. The staff are amazingly rude’ you can’t even approach with a question. Would be nice to say one or two but it was most of them. If you want to subject your children to the horrors of modern society bring them here. The food prices are not good, kinda expected this in a park but at least clean a table or seat or again stop queue jumpers. Great rides but it’s the epitome of bad society, cleanliness and manners. Be expected to be milked like a cow.

Disppointing - We felt that the value of this park was the least of all parks. Long Lines (in February) and disappointing rides. Not the thrills we expected for the price. Restaurants pretty good. Staff nice and helpful.

Worst phone customer service - Guest services was overall TERRIBLE. When you spend over 1000 for entry and fast pass you expect some customer service. Phone service which is the only way to contact them is terrible and unhelpful. Had to go through 2 people and then eventually the park to get to guest relations at the park entry before they provided any good help. Had same problem with lost credit card. Phone relations was totally useless and unhelpful and they told me to email guest relations. Had not response by next day and ended up having to go to universal guest relations on person before any good help was provided. Moral of the story don’t ever waste time calling the customer service number because they do nothing for you. The in person park customer service was good but you have to drive a there is person and you should park at the drop off zone and HIKE it to the city walk or the park otherwise they will charge you $32 to park just to fix things that are even due to their system error. Got my card back now and still haven’t heard anything from email sent to guest relations. Case in point !!!

Hell on earth - I haven't been so miserable in many many years. Long long lines. Way over priced. Over crowded. Terrible food. Lack of God food options. I would rather have a root canal than ever go to this place again.
