Amazing Day - We loved our trip! Unfortunately the pricing was pretty crazy. I have to say the friendly staff, the amazing rides, and attention to detail helped make my day amazing. I don’t think I can afford to return, but I will hold these memories close forever. It was an amazing day. We actually received their disability pass system for my daughter and it was very accommodating to her. It was very appreciated.

Grandson’s adventure - The electronic map was helpful and the website also included wait times for rides, which was helpful. The employees were helpful throughout the park. The lines were in enclosed air conditioned spaces, for the most part.

Time to unwind - What a blast! This park is definitely for adults and children. This is a great place to unwind and take yourself away from the daily stress. Make a budget for fun. Universal App is essential for getting through the lines quickly. Also, take some time to enjoy the City Walk. Reserve the restaurants through the mobile app. Plenty of fun.

Great Parks but staff can let the experience down... - First time visit for my 2 teenage daughters and had a fab time! We had express passes through our hotel and they were worth it with some of the queue times. The early admission we only did once but didn't really see much value in this as alot of rides not open, most people just wanted Hagrids ride but the queue was very long even then. We had the best day at Volcano Bay, fab day for the family as we could do alot of rides together and stay cool in the sun as we were constantly in the water. The only downside was limited sun umbrellas as they got taken by the early people and also the eating facilities, as they were quite limited. Universal Studios was our second favourite Park but staff just look so unhappy.....not sure what they get paid but customer service seems to be low on the list. I was fortunate to visit Universal as a teenager myself many years ago and the magical feel of the place seems to have gone.....its almost as if they were paying us to visit and hence so miserable. The night light show was sensational and thoroughly recommend. The Universal parade in the evening was good but not as magical as I remember and with about 8 floats it was over quite quickly.....favourite ride for my teenagers was Hagrids but queue times are excessive and so fast passes should be implemented to reduce wait times for everyone. Favourite VR ride was Hogwarts Castle and Escape for Gringotts. Hogwarts Express train was ok, its a 'tick off the list', rather than a 'must do' as it's not the greatest experience and the cabin lacked good AC so it's quite warm inside so take a fan! Other shows that we would recommend are the Horror Makeup show, the Bourne Show, the Pet Actors show, the Blues Brothers show. Diagon Alley was brilliant and the dragon on top of Gringotts breathes fire every 20 minutes which is a must see. If you buy a wand then there are certain places in Diagon Alley where you can do magic, which is great for little kids. Definitely take a poncho as the weather turns quite quickly. Great few days at each Park but please Universal can you tell most of your people what customer service means and that people pay alot of money to visit so should feel the magic as soon as they arrive!

Fun but hot! - We went on a Sunday in July. It was hot. We had lots of fun! Most of the wait times on the app weren’t as long as they said and most waiting lines are in air conditioned areas. The water rides were a blast. It rained at 4:30pm and lightning for a little while so all the outdoor rides were delayed a few hours. My only complaint was that some shows like the frog choir and rapture experience that we waiting in line for or rushed back to see when it wasn’t raining still didn’t open and we weren’t notified on the app. I wish the app showed canceled shows like they do rides. We are at Mel’s diner! It was one of the cheaper option and delicious! The mummy ride was my favorite! The light show at 9pm was worth the wait. Make sure you get there by 8:30 to get a good spot!

Disappointing experience - I’ve visited Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure many times and even worked as a Ride/Show Attendant at the former Back to the Future attraction when it first opened during my high school and college years. I’ve had annual passes numerous times, so I’m very familiar with the park. However, we decided to bring our teenage son today, and I have to say I am shocked and flabbergasted by the decline in customer service. The employees walking around the park seem unhappy, and the service at Starbucks was particularly disappointing. I witnessed an employee react with annoyance when a guest requested a straw. They also messed up my drink and insisted I pay extra for the correction, even though it wasn’t my fault, and did so with a noticeable attitude. At Captain America’s Diner, the employee at the front door seated us at a dirty table. I ordered a salad with French dressing, but when the food arrived, the dressing was missing. When my husband asked for it, the employee behind the counter said it was $1.05 for it, despite the fact that the dressing was supposed to be included with the salad. This experience was far from what I’ve come to expect from Universal Studios, and I hope management will address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

Disappointing Experience at Universal Orlando Parks - I would like to share my disappointing experience at Universal Orlando Parks. I purchased a one-day ticket since my daughter has been enjoying the parks for 14 days while I have been working in Orlando. I had only one day off and planned to visit the park with her. Unfortunately, on the day of our visit, we spent three and a half hours in line for the Hogwarts roller coaster, which ended up closing due to bad weather. While I understand that safety is paramount, it was frustrating to see several attractions close after such a long wait. We left the park without go to many attractions that were not operating. The following day, my daughter, celebrating her birthday, asked if I could return to the park to ride at least one roller coaster with her. Despite my work commitments, I tried to make it happen getting 2 hours work break . I went to the park's Customer Service at the City Walk and explained my situation, asking for permission to enter for just an hour and a half as compensation for the previous day. The response was negative, and I was met with rude and unempathetic service. I sought assistance at another Customer Service location (near by Universal Park entrance) but was again treated with disregard. I explained that it was my daughter's birthday and asked just to enter for a short time to surprise her, but I was denied and met with impatience. The lack of empathy and flexibility was disappointing. Disney, on the other hand, is known for treating its customers well in similar situations. I am deeply frustrated and saddened that I could not fulfill my daughter's wish. Due to this negative experience, I do not plan to return to Universal Parks. I share this account so other visitors are aware of the treatment they might receive in similar circumstances.

Go to the Beach Instead, Blockout dates, Over charged, Horrible - The website had blockout dates for our season passes. Last week it started we could come this weekend but they changed it, told us we could upgrade our tickets or screw ourselves. So we had to pay an additional $124 since we had planned our vacation around dates they had just provided a week before. Meanwhile their CEO and board makes millions of dollars. How much longer as Americans are we willing to put up with the duopoly in American Anticapitalist economy we now have, pitiful!

DONOT STAY AT Universal’s ADVENTURA Hotel - We stayed at the universal ADVENTURA Resort Hotel And it was the worst experience ever.If you are going to the theme parks, save your money and stay at ANY other hotel so that even if you get a bad experience then it was expected to begin with. The staff is so rude. Yes the customers are going to have issues of all kinds but if you are not equipped to handle it then you should not be in business as a universal resort hotel.Universal resort Hotel means a brand name and you should live up to the expectations that come with this name.First night we had a issue with so much noise disturbance caused by their elevators thoughout the night. We requested change of rooms and the lady at the front desk was the rusdest to us. She said without a pause, well you will have to bring all your stuff down in the lobby by 11 am and then we will check you in at 4 pm? What? Do they mean we leave our stuff unattended for that period of time or miss out on a whole day of the park work a $1000 bucks for the family? Then one of the three nights, we come back at midnight after a whole day at the park and see that the house cleaning team had missed our room? I would give them a zero star.
