Wild Florida trip - Amazing adventure with Jason and Christena. They were both very knowledgable and attentive. They made our adventure fun and filled with knowledge about the area.

Everglades Airboat Tour - Had a great time. Lots of birds, and an early morning sunning alligator. Bus transportation staff was very friendly and courteous and on time. Ismael gave us a nice background tour of the local region while we transported to and from the event.

Great half-day out - Great day out, great tour and especially great driver (unfortunately I cannot remember his name). It's a fairly long trip to the park, and just as long return, so the commentary about the area we passed through was very enjoyable

Wild Florida - 5 stars, Grayline - 1 - My family and I hugely enjoyed Wild Florida. If you can, book through their website and drive there yourself. You will save money and stress by not going with Grayline. The day before our trip, they moved up the pickup time to 7:45 and reduced our airboat time to half an hour. You can skip the ride altogether - it was not as great as described. Not much to see. Our driver Preston was pleasant but had no clue about the park or features of the package we had purchased, which was the most expensive one offered. The staff of the park are friendly and knowledgeable, the shows were wonderful and we enjoyed the wide variety of animals. Next time, we would go on our own to spend more time with the animals and not race to get back by a certain time. Wild Florida is a must-see on your next trip!

It’s was good memories - The trip was mainly transportation and airboat ride ,some jokes by the driver ,Not as described ( barbecue basket,family photo or feeding alligator)

Very peculiar set up - would recommend you just sort your own transport and go yourself. - Honestly, dreadful. This is my first ever one star review, but I was so surprised at how bad this experience was - especially with other reviews! I have been on lots of tours around the world on my own and without question this was the worst. This isn't a tour, it's an expensive taxi service on a bus that desperately needs maintenance as with every bump or turn it was creaking and making concerning metal groan noises. Pick up was on time, the tour guide was friendly but provided us absolutely no information on the plan, the day or anything. Took about 45 minutes of some of the scariest driving I've ever experienced. I decided ten minutes in I was absolutely not going home the same way - and I am not a nervous passenger. When we got there, it was a 30 minute sign in process as the guide had absolutely no idea who was doing what. Because you book a 'tour', but the people on the bus with you could be doing other stuff entirely and he didn't have any idea who had what. The women at the counter of wild Florida couldn't be less interested in helping and I did feel very sorry for everyone trying to sort it out. We were then given a couple of times to go back for things like the airboat tour (fun, and loads of wildlife so worth doing). Then, in an incredibly peculiar setup, I was the only one in the bus doing the safari tour. So they were going to drive just me, on a huge bus, through the safari park. This seemed incredibly small minded to me and a huge waste of resources. And just, bad planning. None of it was made clear that the tour was a 'pic n mix' style. After the airboat tour and wandering around wild Florida for an hour I left. The bus wouldn't have left till 4pm and I was out of there before 12. An additional four hours would have been interminable. You would be far better off booking your own transport to Wild Florida (although I wouldn't recommend it in the slightest, Gatorland is vastly superior with staff that are actually pleasant, better conservation outcomes and animal welfare). I'm sure this is probably my own fault for assuming this was more of a tour, and less of a taxi service, but I would argue the description is misleading.
