Adrenaline Rush - This is my second time at Toro Verde. This time I did the Beast and it was an adrenaline rush. The place is much improved from my first visit. The views from the place are breathtaking.

Top of the world - At first I was scared. It wasn’t what I was expecting. This was a whole other level. I’m thinking professionals. What the hell am I doing here? Then a got the courage to just do it and it was one of my all time favorite adventures. Next time I will do the monster.

Great Park, Terrible Refund Policy - I didn’t find a more general entry for Toroverde in Orocovis so I figured this would be the best one to put my review under. I went in January and did the 7-zip lines, el Monstro, and La bestia. The zip lines themselves were great, the staff that helped us at each zip line were great, and el Monstro lived up to the hype. Beautiful views and definitely recommend for any adrenaline junkies. We also ate at the restaurant and the food and drinks were phenomenal. The reason for the 2-star deduction is that this company has a zero-excuse policy when it comes to refunds. I totally understand they say no refunds which actually isn’t extremely visible when booking, but you would think that as humans there would be an understanding with certain circumstances. We had a group of 5 guys signed up and unfortunately one of them could no longer attend, let alone come on the trip. I won’t get into the details of that, but take my word that it is a very understandable reason. I think under the circumstances where someone is so sick that they can’t attend, a death, etc … exceptions should be made to your policy. This excursion was booked with all intents and purposes to attend, but the person was not even able to travel to PR due to an emergency. Telling them they can use it in 6-months just doesn’t make any sense. Some people can’t afford to travel once a year let alone spend the money on a second trip when they didn’t even get to go on the first one. If you’re booking this excursion make sure you don’t need emergency surgery, that everyone in your family will stay alive, or that you won’t die because apparently no matter what … they won’t refund you. Shame on you for that policy.

Awesome place but staff is not good - Pros: The place & activities are awesome. Restuarants are good.I will give 5 star for it. Cons: Its understaffed and not managed well. It takes lot of time to comeplete the activities even though you reserve the time. We booked for 12:00 & they asked ask us to come at 03:00 pm. We did Toro Biking & the staff made us scared saying that no body will come to help if you get stuck in there. You will be your own. All the excitement was gone due to this. My Kid was not able to do one activity & I asked then for refund but they didnt give any refund. No courtesy to consider the situation. I wanted to capture the Toro Biking in photo.I asked them & got double confirmation that they will click these moments. When it s finished & I asked them about it they said the camera is not working since a month. For Monster ride they shoud proviode the goggle as you zipline at 95 mph. I will give 2 star for the staff.

Cautious with address and description! - I bought the tickets and drove to the address listed but surprised to find out when we got there that it was not the correct place and the address was listed incorrectly so when we finally found the correct address the location ended up being over an hour and a half away from us so we didnt make the time of our booking. Huge waste of money. Don’t recommend
