Magical - This was my first time zip lining and it was truly an incredible experience. The views were so magical-the fear left my body as soon as I soared through the skies and I was quickly overwhelmed with the incomparable views and all I could do was cry at its beauty. The food was 10/10 and a great way to end our day.

All Around Fantastic - We were a group of 6, 5 did the Monster and Beast and 1 did the golf cart tour. All had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to return! Anthony was the tour guide and he was super friendly and informative, highly recommend this option for those that can’t zip line! We also enjoyed a great meal with amazing view at the restaurant after our experience!

Very well organized - Great day of zip lining. The place looks new and very well kept. Great staff and the Monster was amazing. Lush tropical forest all around you. The only downside was waiting in line. They say a 3 hour adventure, but it’s most of the day when you figure in eating especially. The restaurant there was great, large unique portions and good prices.

Breathtaking - This was the experience of a lifetime. The views were breathtaking. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend you visit the restaurant while there. The drinks and food were excellent. Warning: the portion size was enough for 2 people.

Zip lining through the Jungle - Best Zipline I have ever done. Soaring through the air like Superman going 90 mph and sightseeing the beautiful mountains and streams below.

Good Time, Horrible Refund Policy - I went in January and did the 7-zip lines, el Monstro, and La bestia. The zip lines themselves were great, the staff that helped us at each zip line were great, and el Monstro lived up to the hype. Beautiful views and definitely recommend for any adrenaline junkies.
We also ate at the restaurant and the food and drinks were phenomenal.
The reason for the 2-star deduction is that this company has a zero-excuse policy when it comes to refunds. I totally understand they say no refunds which actually isn't extremely visible when booking, but you would think that as humans there would be an understanding with certain circumstances.
We had a group of 5 guys signed up and unfortunately one of them could no longer attend, let alone come on the trip. I won't get into the details of that, but take my word that it is a very understandable reason. I think under the circumstances where someone is so sick that they can't attend, a death, etc ... exceptions should be made to your policy. This excursion was booked with all intents and purposes to attend, but the person was not even able to travel to PR due to an emergency. Telling them they can use it in 6-months just doesn't make any sense. Some people can't afford to travel once a year let alone spend the money on a second trip when they didn't even get to go on the first one.
If you're booking this excursion make sure you don't need emergency surgery, that everyone in your family will stay alive, or that you won't die because apparently no matter what ... they won't refund you. Shame on you for that policy.

Beware packages with pickup from San Juan--you may get cancelled last minute - We never got to zipline, as the company cancelled on us the night before our booking.
We flew to San Juan an extra day early before our cruise just for this ziplinie tour, which we booked through TripAdvisor's Viator company.
Toro Verde called us the day before we left for San Juan and told us they had a "government inspection" scheduled and weren't sure if the tour would run, but they’d let us know that evening. We heard nothing from them. I had to call repeatedly the day before the tour to see if it would happen. Meanwhile, I was continuing to get emails and texts from Viator telling me pick up times, how to prepare, sending tickets, etc.
I reached out one final time at 6 pm the night before pickup and they finally admitted they would need to cancel, and at this point, it was too late to book anything else for the next day.
I believe that this tour did not fill, and rather than honor their obligation to us, the vendor just cancelled (otherwise, why wait until the night before the tour to decide if it was going to run or not)?
They admitted the zipline itself was running, it was their transportation that they were unable to arrange for us. That’s completely unacceptable.
Because they cancelled and refunded, I can’t leave a review on Viator to warn other people not to book with them. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled and the poor communication—we didn’t want our money back, we wanted to zipline. To be told at 6 pm the night before pick up that we needed to rent a car and drive ourselves 90 minutes through the jungle to get to them was ridiculous.
