Super cool experience - We did the couples tour! 7 ziplines and the monster is what we picked. We got stuck in traffic and were late to check in but we called and they were very understanding! The ziplines were very fun! Angel did a great job explaining everything to us and talking to people along the way! The harnesses felt secure and in great condition. Beautiful views while on the lines! It is a good number of steps so keep in mind if you have bad knees or hips.

A must do! - 10/10 all the way around, nice guides, beautiful views, awesome experience. This was one of the best things we did on our trip to Puerto Rico, I can’t say enough nice things about this entire establishment. Be aware at the 2nd to last zip line you have to climb like 180 steps that are very steep, I didn’t realize that until I got there it’s quite the work out so be prepared for that, I would still do it again!

So much fun! - My boyfriend and I rented a car for a few short hours just so we could make the drive out from San Juan. It’s about 1:20hr drive from the airport. Lots of winding roads through the forest. It was beautiful. We bought the couple ziplining packages. We got to do the 8 ziplines and the monster( you get to pick the two adventures you want to do)! On top of that we got $25 to spend in the restaurants. The only unfortunate thing is that the helmets smell REALLY BAD. Otherwise, it was great!

A Must Do if you’re in Puerto Rico! - An incredible experience! I was terrified going in because of negative reviews from a couple of years ago, but completely relieved as soon as I got there. The staff put me at ease, answered all of my questions, and were very professional and confident in what they were doing. I felt completely safe the entire time. We purchased the Touro Pass directly on their website. We could do this since we rented a car. I believe it cost more on other sites because you’re part of a tour group. We started with the 7 zip lines to see how we liked it before doing the Beast and Monster. We loved it, but ran out of time so we had to decide between the Beast and Monster. We chose the Monster and it was incredible! We would’ve loved to do the Beast as well, but we had a plane to catch. My only suggestion for improvement on their end is to maybe change the length of time the tours take. Ours should have been 2-2.5 hours for all of it, but it 2.5 just for the 7 zip lines. It didn’t feel that long because it was awesome, we just had a lot of people in our tour group. You could spend all day there and love it! We went on a Thursday and got there at 9:30. It gets busier as the day goes. They were super kind and let us do the 10:00 tour even though I scheduled the 9:00 tour. We paid $44 for all 4 of our to have our pics taken on zip lines 2&3 and the photographer did an excellent job and we received over a 100 digital pics! We also paid $10 each for our Monster pics. They accommodated my son with a helmet for a Go Pro and were willing to hit record for him each time. If you’re in Puerto Rico, don’t miss out on this amazing experience!

Awesome Experience - Bring Goggles With You - Wow, had a great time. Had a couple of tips to pass along based on our experience. We did the all-day pass. Started with 7 ziplines and then the Monster and Beast. I would recommend this order for first timers, which we were. The monster and beast were by far our favorite. Based on reviews I read prior to our trip regarding watery eyes due to the speed of Monster & Beast, I brought my own pair of goggles that fit over my glasses. So glad I did. Unfortunately, they do not provide helmets like some of their photos show with the built-on eye shield. They really should, especially because their web photos show them. This is why I gave 4 stars versus 5. Some people wore sunglasses, but they take away from the vibrant colors of the awesome view. I would suggest for those that don't wear glasses spend a few bucks on a cheap pair of swimmer's eye goggles (clear) and bring them with you. The other thing I want to mention is this is a long drive up the mountain. I read about it, but was still surprised on how long it took. The road is paved but narrow and there are tons of sharp turns (switchbacks). Just be prepared. Also, if you bring your GoPro but don't have the piece to attached it to the helmet, they sell them. It's only $5. Highly recommend!! Have Fun

Fun time, but long wait times - The tour guides were nice, but the waiting in between zip lines was long due to the large group. It would’ve been nice if we could have been in smaller groups.

Zipline in TOROVERDE Adventure Park - The total Zipline experience was about 10 minutes out of 2.5 hours. The rest was waiting In lines. Not worth $100 per person…
