7 Zipline Tour Puerto Rico - Christopher and Luis were great tour guides. They made sure we were safe and we had a lot of fun. Highly recommend the 7 zip line tour.

Tremendous experience but... - I give it 5 stars because the experience of the Ziplines, The Monster and The Beast were something else. The spectacular view of the greenery of our mountain is unique. In addition, the employees who accompanied us in the ziplines (Ashely and Luis) were very attentive, friendly and friendly. But... 2 things. 1. The day before I decided to call to find out if I could bring my Gopro and the person who answered my call told me that I could not use Gopro for security. During the tour I am confirmed that this was not true 😡 2. The employees who were attending El Monster were cold, serious and to some extent, even hostile. Unfortunate that. Despite, I recommend it 100%.

Zipline Tour - This tour was so much fun and wasn’t too much walking between each zip line besides the last zipline but definitely a tour to not miss out on!

"Toro Verde: Soaring Views, Grounded by Long Waits" - Our visit to Toro Verde zipline park in Puerto Rico was mixed with thrills and frustrations. The highlights of our experience were undoubtedly the breathtaking views and exhilarating rides across the lush landscape. Soaring through the air, we were treated to stunning vistas that showcased Puerto Rico's natural beauty. The park's restaurant was another pleasant surprise. We found the food to be fantastic, offering a delicious respite between adventures. It's clear that Toro Verde puts effort into providing a well-rounded experience for visitors. However, the excessive wait times significantly hampered our enjoyment. We spent a total of four hours at the park, from noon to 4:00 PM, but only experienced two ziplines, each lasting about two minutes. This means we spent roughly 3.5 hours simply waiting in line, which felt like a waste of our limited vacation time. While we understand that popular attractions often have queues, the current system at Toro Verde seems inefficient. For a park of its caliber, we expected better crowd management. A more streamlined process for getting visitors on and off the ziplines could dramatically improve the overall experience. In conclusion, Toro Verde offers spectacular views and thrilling rides, complemented by excellent dining options. However, the park urgently needs to address its wait time issues. With some improvements to its queue management system, Toro Verde could transform from a mixed experience into a must-visit destination for adventure seekers in Puerto Rico.
