Travel from Rome towards Umbria, a region abundant with olive trees and quaint medieval towns. Guests will be picked up from their hotel or apartment in Rome. The tour’s first stop is the historic city of Assisi, renowned for the Basilica of San Francesco and its spiritual and beautiful ambiance. Visitors will have the opportunity to visit the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, where they can enter the famous Porziuncola for prayer, a significant site of Franciscanism and a pilgrimage destination. With a local guide, guests can also explore the Basilica of Santa Chiara, where his body is preserved, and the church that houses the recently beatified Carlo Acutis.
