Fascinating Dontonbori - It was fun and exciting! Great music and wonderful cruising down the river watching all the sights and people of Dontonbori. Would recommend.

Osaka hot spots - Great informative guide took us on a fun walking/train tour of Osaka seeing all the famous attractions Osaka has to offer. Guide was great at accommodating,odating attractions for our kids. Lots of fun had!

Sailing thru osaka - I enjoyed waving at people walking on the side of the canal. The lights were bright and beautiful. It was nice to get a view of all the shops bars and restaurants.

Sightseeing - Nice sightseeing in the river for a change instead of walking! They gave you chance to take pictures w/ the glico man before finishing the 20 min cruise. Worth it for the price you pay!

Not worth the ride - Ride was too short and not very special. Cost of ride was relatively high as compared to other tourist entrance fees in Osaka. It would be good if the tour guy can give a bit of background about Dotonbori during the ride in English when majority of the riders were from other countries. Instead, he used Japanese.

Staff Rude - Rude usher staff, chaos & disorganised boat trip. Stressful with family. Staff sent us to the wrong Que. Buying tickets via Viator is not enough. You have to take proof of purchase to another desk and receive another set of tickets again. So advice is book a time slot during busy periods after purchasing your tickets via Viator. Good 20min trip to get some pictures of the street and lights in. Jack sparrow host was entertaining.

Ok - It was ok. I was expecting a longer cruise. Commentary during the cruise would have been a welcome addition to the experience

Good, not a must - Nice tour but it's really short time. This tour is mainly to navigate in the river to see city's advertising adds and go back in les than 30mins

Poor experience with the staff - The ticketing staff is rude and she snatched our phone even after we shown our QR code passes. Poor command of English as well.

Don't buy - We purchased the tickets on the same day we wanted to take cruise, I went to the store and it was closed. Tried to call the owner and nobody picks up the phone. The cancellation plan is a joke it won't refund me. Had to do a credit card dispute on this one. Plus we got a better cruise service with the same price and a narrator.
