Osaka tour - My recent tour of Osaka offered a captivating journey through its historical and cultural landmarks. We began at Osaka Castle, a grand emblem of the city's feudal past, where the imposing stone walls and panoramic views from the top provided a striking contrast between the ancient architecture and the modern skyline. Tennoji Temple followed, offering a serene retreat with its tranquil gardens and the historic Shitennoji Pagoda, embodying Osaka’s spiritual legacy. Our adventure concluded in the vibrant Shinsekai area, where the bustling streets, quirky shops, and neon lights created an eclectic, retro atmosphere. The Tsutenkaku Tower added a nostalgic charm, perfectly capturing the dynamic spirit of Osaka. This tour beautifully intertwined the city's rich history, cultural depth, and energetic urban life.

Good tour - Junko our guide was lovely. Very laid back tour with a considerate and knowledgeable lady. We’d recommend. One thing we’d suggest is if the starting point is a certain attraction to have a meeting point there. Thank you for an enjoyable day .

interesting walk around Osaka - Today we visited Osaka. One of the largest cities in Japan. Thanks to the guide for an interesting walk. it was interesting to learn a lot of new things. We walked around the grounds of Osaka Castle and climbed to the top of the main tower. From there you can see wonderful views of the city and the surrounding area of the castle. There is an interesting museum inside the castle. We also visited the Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori area, there were many restaurants and street food. it was fun and educational. It’s also interesting to see Japan like this! At the Ukiyo-e Museum you will find paintings. For art lovers this is a valuable place. We also visited Tsutenkaku, a tall modern tower in the Shinsekai area. there are also many restaurants and street games for children and adults. there is entertainment for everyone. If you are interested not only in the historical part of Japan, but also in the modern street movement of life. This tour is what you need! Many thanks to our guide today!

Wonderful day in Osaka Castle, Shinsekai and Shinsaibashi area - Today our guide took us to the one of largest city in Japan. We walked through the territory of Osaka Castle, went up to the top of the main tower and enjoyed the beautiful scenery around. We also visited the museum inside the main tower which is dedicated to the history of the castle, famous people lifelines. In the afternoon we moved to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori area, where our guide explain a lot about Japanese street food like takoyaki, okonomiyaki and so on. Also we really enjoyed visiting the museum of Ukiyo-e with real works of Hiroshige and Hokusai. Also we visited Tsutenkaku -a tall modern tower in Shinsekai area with nice view on the surroundings. As in other places in Osaka, with a lot of different kinds of food and restrounts there. I’dlike to advice to choose this tour to the people who is interested both in history and in modern daily lifestyle in Japan. Many many thanks to our guide today!

Osaka Top Tourist Spots - This was my first walking tour in Japan and I enjoyed it. As a solo traveller it was a great way to meet new people. I think this tour is best suited for people who have never been to Japan. As someone who has lived in Japan before it would have been nice to have seen some places off the beaten track. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and took us to some great tourist spots.

Informative walking tour of Osaka - Enjoyable and informative walking tour of Osaka included several places we wanted to visit, with the bonus of a tour guide providing information on the areas we would have otherwise missed. Food and entry cost to the castle and temples not included, but no pressure to include these if you don’t want to. But still plenty to see if you just want to walk around (Osaka castle for example). Some of our group has already visited one of the shrines and were able to enjoy the grounds and wait for those of us wanting to pay for admission without issue. We were given a choice of places to all stop for lunch together, with pricing made clear with both options. Maybe not somewhere I would have chosen to eat, but the food was great and something we hadn’t tried yet. Plus it was a welcome rest point for cold drinks! One possible improvement would be an advance optional itinerary, so you can declare in advance what additional extras/entry fees you would like to include in your tour. This might make it easier to group attendees in accordance with their needs. It would also save putting people on the spot on the day, as some may not speak up and miss out if the majority don’t wish to pay to enter. That aside, a very enjoyable day with our knowledgeable and very personable tour guide.

An introduction to Osaka's highlights - I participated in the "Osaka Best Spots" 6h private walking tour, which provided a comprehensive look at the city's history and culture. The guide was knowledgeable and informative, sharing interesting facts and anecdotes about the city's landmarks we visited. The tour was well-paced and flexible, adapting to the group, but lacked standout moments. Overall, it was a solid and educational experience.
