Upon checking in at the reception and grabbing a drink (All You Can Drink) from the store, attendees can begin enjoying the event. A variety of table games are available, such as Uno, Jenga, and cards. Most participants speak English, and occasionally, Japanese locals join to practice their English conversation skills. Proficiency in Japanese is not required. The atmosphere is relaxed with sofas, and the organizer will rotate the party groups 2-3 times, making it easy to meet new local and international friends.

The venue is just a 5-minute walk from Umeda Station. It is located at the HUB Umeda Chayamachi Applause store.
