An Osaka must do - Great guide, very caring, supportive and informative. It is a distance but the must sees with his commentary do makeup for it. Great combination of experiences. Highly recommend

Osaka 5 Must Do - Taka our host/guide was very knowledgeable on the historical background and perspective of the five essential Osaka sights; Castle, Temple, Tower, Kuromon market and Dotonburi. Explanations were comprehensive, profound and very understandable with a perspective to current times and events. Taka was likewise very flexible in the times spent on each location adjusting times to our individual interests. We fully recommend this experience specially first time visitors and guest to Osaka, not only because of Taka’s encyclopedic knowledge of Osaka but more so the engagement on what guests are expecting for full satisfaction.. Arrangements and detailed itinerary was very convenient, walkable, encompassing and went beyond our expectations. Taka likewise provide additional information on suitable experiences after the tour and in the evenings for a wider Osaka experience. Tour’s value proposition was more than 100% return on the cost. Fully satisfied beyond expectations.

Great tour but better without lunch - This is a well organized tour, great way to find out about Osaka. Taka was very knowledgeable about the history and information he shared. The only negative thing was the place where we had lunch. The kitchen was visible in front of us and we got to see how dirty and cluttered it was, and not being properly sanitized. Even the cook appeared dirty too without regard to basic hygiene practices. So we just ate in the Chinese place next door and it was amazing.

Great tour - Great tour, the sites are a must. He took us to great picture spots and gave us good tips for avoiding the crowds.

Great tour in Osaka covering the important stuff. - Taka-San did his very best to make the tour as good as it could be. With temperatures roaring close to three digits and the length of the tour he was mindful of the tour participants and allowed for additional breaks and cooling down spots. I wish all my tours in Japan were with someone like Taka-San who knows the area and provides funny and exciting facts.

Past and Present Osaka - This tour is a combination of the old and the new, that is, visiting Osaka Castle and Kenninji temple and Humoro market as well as Dotombori areas; lots of walking but our tour guide (Kata?) explained and provided context to each visit.

Osaka sites - We had limited time in Osaka, so it was good to be shown some of the major attractions in the city. It was not a city I warmed to, but the tour helped me enjoy my visit more. There was also another couple from Mexico and their son, so the interactions with them was also nice.

Mixed bag - I have some feedback for this tour: 1. The meeting place was super hard to find as the name of the location does not translate well to English and there are no English signs. Being inside the train station made it so that Google could not pinpoint the exact place. 2. The lunch restaurant was awful, underground, dark and dirty. I would have never chosen to eat at a place like this. 3. The guide was kind and knowledgeable, but had an unfortunate skin condition and scratched and rubbed his skin non stop, which made it quite awkward and unpleasant. We visited beautiful landmarks and the guide provided excellent information. His English was very good.
