1000% recommandable - This tour was just the best we ever had (and we booked dozens of tours all around Asia and Europe).
Our guide came meet us at our hotel in the afternoon and was very flexible and arrangeant.
We went to places we could not even imagine existed! We ate in a tiny restaurant where everything was written in Japanese, we felt like we were in a japanese movie from the 80s. We also went to various places where there was no tourists.
We really felt like locals and the fact to have a personal guide was just priceless, we learned so much about Japan and japanese people in general. At the end of the day, we felt like we made a new friend.
Our guide was extremely helpful and friendly and we could feel his passion for involving us in this adventure.
We will definitely come back!!

Incredible experience with very local activities and secret spots - We loved the tour it was incredible ! With my family, we wanted to discover the secret spots of Osaka and Hugo showed us very nice spots with no tourist. We had lunch in a very small Okonomiyaki restaurant, and the chef cooked in front of us and he was very old, he was 88 years old 😂 We were the only clients in the restaurant, and we spoke 1 hour with the chef. He spoke only Japanese but Hugo translated, it was the best experience of my Japanese trip ! We were very lucky because this day there was Sumo ceremony as well and thanks to the guide we went in because its very hard to be there for a tourist. It was a perfect day, it could not be better. Thank you very much 😄

Osaka Highlights - Hugo was awesome! We saw everything we could see in 4 hours. He let us decide what we wanted to see with input and explained things along the way! He was great! Thanks Hugo!

Great visit with friends from Osaka with our guide Hugo - Discovery of the varied districts of Osaka and unusual corners (no spoil!).
Visit punctuated by cultural and historical anecdotes, and sometimes some lived stories.
Culinary stopover in a small typical counter to enjoy skewers.
We noted some visits and activities to do for our next stay in Osaka;)

Enjoyable walking tour. - We enjoyed a relaxed day with the very good company of our guide Hugo. We were able to set the pace to suit us and our interests and Hugo was very generous with his time and information. We did this on our first day in Osaka and got a good orientation and also history and cultural information We would recommend our guide Hugo.

Interesting and insightful tour - Hugo was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide - he listened to our requests and was very responsive. He gave us insights into life in Osaka that we would not otherwise have benefited from. He was generous with his time and very easy to communicate with. We had an enjoyable and interesting morning with him - and we loved his orange coat!

Walking tour of Osaka. Great experience. Highly recommended - Hugo was wonderful! He answered a text shortly prior to our arranged meeting time as we got a bit turned around at the Osaka train station. He came and met us where we were. He asked what we were interested in and took us in an amazing 4 hour tour of Osaka. He suggested some fun and different foods to try at a vast food hall and he took us to out of the way places as well as the highlights. He was kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

Overpriced package - It’s a overpriced half day street walk trip. The charged price does not include car and train ticket. You have to purchase separately. Compare to other day trip offered which are mostly charged at price of USD150-200 for 6 hours at other platform.
Osaka is a convenient place, very easy to navigate around. For city day tour, would be better to walk around by yourself.
