Excellent tour and tour guide - The tour guide Emilia was excellent and very knowledgeable. The group ended up being very small due to no shows which helped make the tour seem very personable and this tour was exactly what I was looking for for a first timer in Oslo and helped me decide what I wanted to place priority on seeing as well as some dinner spots.

A really great walking tour - We took a 2 hour walking tour of Oslo. We've taken walking tours in a number of European cities -- our guide, Emilie, gave one of the best city tours we've had. She shared a great deal of knowledge and background about Oslo with the group, and gave us a great orientation to help us have great experiences during the rest of our stay. We absolutely loved Oslo, and having started our visit with Emilie's tour was a huge help!

Mundane Tour of Oslo - The best part of this tour was learning about Samson's bakery and returning multiple times to buy their cinnamon rolls. Other than that, the guide had a quiet voice that relayed basic information about the buildings and services around the city.

Missed the entire tour - Tour time was changed—1 hour earlier without informing me. In fact, I received a reminder email for the incorrect time, so we missed the entire tour. Very dissatisfied.
