WELCOMING, KNOWLEDGE-PACKED, NICE AND DELICIOUS - The guide Alex was very well read, keen to include all participants and answer our questions about Oslo and life in the village. The food we were honored was amazing and genuine!

Good food and a great guide - We didn't really know what to expect from Norwegian cuisine when we booked the holiday, so thought this was a great way of getting a taste of everything and understanding it. Alex, our tour guide, was fantastic, giving so much texture to the city (a great walking compliment to a bus tour guide we did earlier in the day). We got to see so many different parts of it and sample the cuisine with knowledgeable local shops explaining it to us. The Waffles were a particular highlight! Thanks again! C+L

A delicious tour - We went to some of the best food places, I would not have found easily on my own unless I knew what I was looking for. Highly recommend. Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of the area and history

Lacking in the Winter - This was a very lackluster tour. The first 2 stops were amazing, but once we got to the food hall, the tour became a chore. We were told that the last stop was not serving the lefse wwrapped hotdog because they are busy for the holidays. However, instead of finding an alternative FOOD option, we were given the choice of a coffee, another beer, or a hot chocolate, not food. I noticed that we didn't even get to all the stops on the tour, nor did we get the aquavit that was on the itinerary. I signed up for this tour because it said we were going to spend some time in a cemetery. However, we didn't even go past one. Alex was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Oslo and the history behind the city. Overall, if you want to take this tour in the winter, I would highly encourage you to look for something else.

Moderate - It was absolutely a nice man who took us. He knew a lot to tell but we stopped early. It's not worth the money we have to pay for this tour. We had estimated it differently from the pictures
