SO SO experience - Went there for just a day trip was totally disappointed by the reception on the Lobby or welcoming area the receptionist was rude and even raised her voice when we ask her a single question. I've been to a different local and international hotels/resort but this by far the rudest encounter I ever had. Good thing the staff on on the island were very helpful.
