This tour makes Ostuni hills a breeze! - The tour was good, but the staff at the desk was not the friendliest. Loved Ostuni and our driver. Parking is easy, we could have left our bags in the car.

Ostuni in the family - Great experience with young Guide (Michele) who knew in a short time and with irony, give us many little historical news about the city. Experience useful and relaxing especially if you arrive in the city under the Southern sun.

Sadly lacked Va Va Voom - Unfortunately the ladies at the tour operator desk in the car park had no record of us having bought tickets via Viator and told us we were at the wrong location. I insisted and showed them my tickets on the phone and their company name, a few phone calls later, they relented. We then waited a good 20 mins for a tuk tuk driver to arrive and when he did his English was so poor (he referred to google translate a lot) and he was quite disinterested despite us trying to initiate conversation, we hardly had any information on the town. I have very little Italian but I would have thought that as a business the ability to converse should be a pre-requisite. Subsequently listening to other tour guides - we realised what we were missing. He only became animated when he saw his friends in the town as we drove past, Maybe we got a trainee but it was an expensive and disappointing trip.

Thumbs down - Very misleading from the description. Only lasted 45 min. No introduction to who our guide was. We zipped up, down and around the city. Only stop was a church. Use a different tour operator!!!

Run away! - They are set up near a parking lot 3 minutes from the historic center, we really thought we had a 30-minute walk Minutes. Already on the Website the Award is 20€/person for 30 minutes we paid 100€ to 4 people: the explanation given is on 14/08! In the meantime, the girls at the front desk openly didn't care about us! They make us wait 10 minutes we waited 50 minutes before seeing the tuk tuk arrive!! Guide who speaks Italian or English and makes no effort! In a hurry to finish The trick to last in all and for all 20 minutes and we saw nothing! The bridge, the obelisk and the "great viewpoint" 7 minutes! Don't stop! In short, a real tourist scam! Run away!
