Fantastically spooky - Absolutely fantastic and memorable, the guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. I would highly recommend this walk to everyone heading to Ottawa, if not for the spooky tales, then for the history behind everything.

Some chilling and hair-raising tales - Wonderful ghost tales narrated by an experienced tour guide. Her knowledge and personality contributed that much more to the period costume she wore. Perfectly sized group which made the experience even better. We soldiered on in very chilly weather (mid-late Dec).

Haunted tales under the Christmas lights. - The Haunted walk was fantastic. We really enjoyed it! Caroline, our guide was wonderful and has a real knack for telling the tales of the haunted buildings and areas in downtown Ottawa. It was a very cold but we dressed appropriately. We love seeing all of the beautiful Christmas lights in many of the parks and on the buildings too. We will definitely do another Haunted tour with them!

Interesting stories, great way to spend an evening - Informative, humorous, at the same time respectful to the deceased. I am sure the guide has told the same stories a million times before already, but they still managed to make everything engaging. Thumbs up!

Great tour - Tour was enjoyable and well guided, and the guide was clearly experienced in doing that. Stories were interesting and our guide always found stairs or benches so we could sit during the tour, which was greatly appreciated. However, this tour is more about the stories (ghost, paranormal) than anything fact-based about the buildings or monuments.

Once was enough for us - I enjoyed being able to view the sites in downtown Ottawa like the Chateau Laurier, Centennial Park and Rideau Canal. Our guide was very organized and friendly and you could tell she really enjoyed doing the tours. The ghost stories aren't that scary and maybe it's the skeptic in me wondering how true some of them were. I wasn't that captivated and had a hard time paying attention to everything she was saying. I found them a bit drawn out and long at points. The tour was ruined for us by someone bringing a toddler and letting them run loose at each location. The child was yelling and making lots of noise jumping all over the place. The parents didn't seem that concerned about this kid running everywhere. I wish they wouldn't allow people to bring kids that young because it ruined the whole spooky mood that was supposed to be on the tour. It was also a very large tour with at least 25 people. I wish it had been a bit smaller.

Haunted Walk - No memorable events - no ghosts met! On many other walks of infamy and strange events, this one had very little substance and was conjecture. I am sure over 150 years, Ottawa must have had many grisly events occur but nothing was told of murders and unusual city happenings.
