Can only recommend - Everything worked out great. Very nice contact with the agency to clarify details. Were then picked up on time by our great guide Hannou. Overall, the trip is very exhausting because of the long drive ... but for us it was worth it. If you want to see Ait Ben Haddou, then I can highly recommend this operator.

Mountain High - A breathtaking drive through mountain passes. Air Ben Haddou is well preserved being a World Heritage Site and worth the walk into the citadel. An excellent lunch. Our driver Ibrahim was charming and a very fine and careful driver. The roads, following the earthquake, have been cleared and restored, but it was sad to see the damage to local villages and people having to live in tents whist their homes are rebuilt. Despite all of this they are charming and hospitable people. Souvenirs are as good and often less expensive than in major towns.

Ouarzazate, The Hollywood of Morocco. - They name this place as the Hollywood of Africa but I will try to re name this as Molywood, the town being in Morocco. We were there for the afternoon for lunch and the restaurant overlooked the wide road and serene town. Later we went into the Ouarzazate Cinemas Museum and so interestingly they still have the big picture of Peter O'Toole as Lawrence of Arabia besides Russel Crowe in Gladiator. We were lucky that day, they had some filming going on, and I think a very young 'Cleopatra' was there! Small museum but worth visiting.

A magical place - I have been 3 times and want to return. It's a very photogenic place with much history and beauty. Many tourists just pass buy with little time to breathe the place in. I didn't find a place to stay over night on airbnb or booking but being there I noticed and visited a hotel so now I know its possible to stay overnight. Also, just by the bridge, there is a cafe that is a project to help local families...and then there are the several shops with barber goods. I enjoyed spending time chatting to the local sellers.

Fun times in Morocco - Hassan's service helped me tremendously for exploring destinations like Essaouira and Ouarzazate at my own pace, allowing me to truly absorb a sense of each place. Hassan ensures that travellers enjoy their journeys and have a better understanding of Morocco; recommended for visitors seeking a reliable Moroccan to navigate the country with them.

Fantastic day trip with Hassan - You travel from snow covered mountains to dry and sunny plains of the movie studios. You visit the picture perfect UNESCO heritage site which is stunning. Hassan who was our driver & guide made the day most enjoyable with his witty comments and knowledge of the area. A day trip not to be missed even though you have a 7am start!

The street to the desert was closed... -
The street to the desert was closed because of snowing, then the guides offered us immediately to make another trip in a sunny area of marroco essaouira. It was a very great trip. The guides Mubarak and Hamid were very friendly and told us a lot of interesting things about the wonderful nature and culture of moroccans. It was a perfect day.

VIP Service exceeded our expectations - I can't say enough about this team at Explore Morocco Travel. The Management team is from Switzerland and from the Berber community of Morocco. So, you get the best fo all world. Moroccan hospitality, warm welcome, local expertise with Swiss attention to detail. They were willing to customize our trip. I recommend to start planning far ahead because whatever fantasy trip you want in Morocco, they can do it. I took my 82 year old mother with us and it was the trip of a lifetime for her.

Not much to see - The cool thing about the location is it was used in filming some movies and its heritage place. It such a looong drive from marrakech and its not really worth it. It would be enough it look it up online check the photos and read about it instead of wasting your time and money. The guide will claim that the barbar people are 3500 years the oldest in north africa and thats a big lie, what about the pharohs? Ever heard of them lol. He will take to small shops to get you buy stuff for triple its actual price. You'll see some photos of the movies been filmed there, that's all. Then for lunch, that restaurant out on the road that serves coucous and tajines again by that time you'd be over it. Its very expensive place. They made a trip out of nothing.
