Great hot air balloon experience - Great experience. From the welcome to the flight and then the post flight breakfast, all is prepared to make us live a thrilling experience. Always felt safe and in competent hands. The video service from Red photography is an option with taking. They film our individual experience with a drone and provide photos and a video after the balloon ride.

Fantastic experience.. absolute 5 ***** - A very early start but what an absolute amazing experience we had. Our first time in an air balloon and I don’t think we could have picked a better place to do it. I think we were extremely lucky as it was crystal clear with no mist or clouds which made for the most perfect sunrise over the Atlas Mountains. Our pilot Benoit was first class, he spoke very good English, explained the take off, the flight and the landing (the most important bit) very well and reassured the nervous passengers. We took up the £30 option for Red Photography to take photos and a video using a drone. The photos were great but the video was exceptional and put the icing on the cake of what was a fantastic trip and family experience and well worth the £30 Would definitely do it again absolute 5 ***** all round.

Must do experience! - I cannot recommend this experience enough! We were picked up at 5am by the minibus, and arrived at the destination within 30 minutes. On arrival, there were refreshments readily available. The balloons were put up swiftly, and we were soon in & on the way up! The views were unreal, capturing the sun just as it was rising over the Atlas. The video we had done by Red Photography was outstanding, capturing memories that will last a lifetime. We received the video just over 24 hours after we got back to the hotel. The service was great and the quality of the video captured by the drone is unbelievable! Would highly recommend.
