100/10 Ballooning Experience - 100/10 on the whole experience from start to finish. We were picked up from our villa bang on time, offered a hot drink in a beautiful camp setting and then less than a 10min wait before we set off! We paid 400DH (40EUR) for a video and photos of our experience from Red Balloon Photography and it was amazing, with a drone filming us as well at over 1000m and an astonishing amount of photos for 10EUR. Soka the rep from Red Balloon Photography was extremely professional and super friendly, giving great directions for amazing photos. After the flight the pilot Abdul showed us the flight trajectory and elevation. He was extremely friendly and professional, pointing out landmarks and explaining the procedure. We were picked up from the landing spot within minutes and back to the camp for a hot filling breakfast. Finally transferred back to complete our door-to-door experience. 100/10, no notes. We will definitely do this again on our next visit to Marrakesh!

Extraordinary - An extraordinary family experience! We witnessed the sunrise with a beautiful landscape. The pilot Abdul was at the top, really nice. The welcome is warm, the staff is very careful. Before the flight coffee, tea or juice with a little sweetness are served in a beautifully decorated small camp set in the middle of nowhere. After the flight a very good breakfast is served. Everything is clean, nickel, even the toilet is well kept. I highly recommend going through this agency, you can go there with your eyes closed.

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Adventure – with a Few Twists! - We booked the Sunrise Over the Atlas Mountains tour with Pass Balloon in Marrakech and, although things didn’t go quite as planned due to the wind, it ended up being an unforgettable experience. The team picked us up directly from our riad and drove us to a stunning camp at the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, where we were welcomed with a delicious breakfast. The staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable. Due to the weather, our first attempt to take off was quite an adventure in itself — a bit stressful and honestly quite hairy, as we were tossed about in the basket before the team made the wise call to cancel that attempt for safety reasons. We really appreciated their honesty and focus on safety, and they couldn’t have been more apologetic. We were offered more breakfast while we waited, and the team kept us well-informed throughout. Just when we thought the trip was over, the staff gathered us again and took us out for another try — this time we finally took off! The balloon ride, though much later than expected, was absolutely worth the wait. Floating above the landscape was surreal and breathtaking, and the views of the Atlas Mountains were stunning. Overall, the staff made what could’ve been a disappointing experience into something memorable. Their dedication, communication, and hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend — just be prepared to go with the flow!
