Cea bread held the earliest geographical reference to bread in Europe, with its creation process remaining unchanged since the 13th century. Through interactive experiences, we aim to bridge the gap between our patrons and our baking heritage, history, and traditions. Our bakery operates sustainably, featuring a unique smoke recycling system.

We learn to make bread. We know the surprising history of Cea bread, its relationship with the Camino de Santiago, the Oseira Monastery and the Carballiño octopus.

From Ourense, highway AG-53, until you reach the Carballiño-Cea intersection. Turn right towards OU-504, pass the gas station, after 3.7 kilometers, take the right turn to Santiago (N-525). Continue for 1.3 km (pass Fondo de Cea). On the left, you can see the polygon and our company (building in front of wood)
