It was a good experience,... - It was a good experience, with good food and views, I really recommend it. Something that can be improved is about some stops that could be skiped to enjoy more time by the waterfalls.

The best excursion of our trip! I highly recommend it. - The transport was perfect, the driver and the guide were very nice, interesting, the guide speaks several languages so no problem making himself understood. Bring good shoes for hiking! We would have liked to choose the restaurant rather than having one imposed. Take minimum 150drh/person for the day to pay for the restaurant and the guide.

Nice trip for One day but nothing too special - The trip was ok, but don t expect anything special from the waterfalls. I like the fact that they didn t put any pressure about the restaurant (the bring you.to One but you can choose to not to go) and the walk (some people has small Kids and didn t go up. The walk was 1 hour and was accessibile ,there are some points that you have to be careful but It s medium/Easy level. It s ok to do something different for one day

Cheap - Extremely good value way to see a little of the Atlas mountains but not much else. The guides appeared very helpful but were very reluctant to allow us to depart from their fixed itinerary. For example they made it more or less impossible to eat anywhere other than the place they chose where I had the worst meal of my holiday. I did get some nice shots of Barbary Apes though.

Worth the money you pay for! - the excursion was all over the place!! the driver drove us all over place then we went berber villages, the guide there was nice but quite shy (bless him, i think he was new), we went the argon oil making place, tried really cool stuff there but we hangout in the building, while guide and driver waited outside but no one told us so that made us a bit late, then went to lunch, it was commission based so driver took us there straight, the view was nice but was cold and it took so long so come that we didn't care that it was cold as the orders were all over the place, went up to waterfall, wasn't the best view and we only there 10mins, when it was so hard to go up.

Mis-sold. Bad experience. Avoid! - We went on the 'Shared Day Trip to Ourika Valley from Marrakech'. In the description it said we would have the chance to swim in natural pools but in reality it was an area at the bottom of the Setti Fatma Falls the size of a toddler/ learner pool so densely populated you could barely get in and was knee deep. So we didn't swim. I opted for the 'lunch included' option and paid more for this but there was no lunch included. We stopped at a place that produces argon oil and loads of other cosmetics, spices etc. The guide was extremely pushy, I felt obliged to buy something I didn't really want. Very disappointed.

Do Not Trust, Unreliable!!! - I booked my excursion online fully paid. I received no reply from the company in Morocco. I called them and they confirmed they were picking me up in the morning. On the day an hour before pickup they text me saying that my hotel was too far and they wasn’t picking me up. I was so disappointed as I was ready to go on the excursion and they informed me very last minute. This caused so much stress and upset to me. I will not book through trip advisor again as it is not reliable at all. I will be contacting them to refund me. Trip advisor should follow up with companies to make sure trips are completed as booked since trips are booked through them. It should be their duty to ensure customers are getting exactly what they have paid for and should not leave customers like myself without any help or support. My whole day of a short 3 day holiday was wasted and this caused me a great deal of distress and inconvenience as I was looking forward to this.
