The waterfalls empty into the El-Abid River (Slaves’ River). The word

Trustworthy operators - Mehdi was extremely helpful and the organisation and trips were amazing. Very trustworthy operation and nice buses and staff - I trust this place and had a few trip’s which were very organised and punctual. I even lost my jacket on one of the trips and they couldn’t do enough to help and my jacket was returned with all contents.

Great day trip - Great trip to spend your day by the waterfall. Abdillah, the driver, punctual and safe. Also the local guide was patient and friendly. Beautiful location for photos and relaxing by the fall, enjoying a good tajin.

Ouzoud Waterfalls & Atlas Mountains.. Also used to transport us to and from Agadir - Really really impressed with the all round service of these guys.. nothing was too difficult for them to do. All drivers were extremely polite, considerate and courteous. Prices were also very competitive and when I tried to discreetly tip the drivers they advised me I had over paid which was really nice. The drivers were also used as tour guides (Which they did off their own back) Abdur razzaq in particular was brilliant. I would highly recommend these guys, the boss, Mehdi, kept in touch with me constantly and his communication in all aspects was excellent. Thank you once again for making my holiday with my family one a memorable experience!

Great driver - We got picked up a little late but our driver made up for since he was really nice and entertaining. Only down fall is that even though it says tour guide is included it isn’t you have to pay separate. Just be mindful to bring more cash if need for the tour guided.

Horrible Guide - Like others have mentioned, you get there and a guide appears out of nowhere asking for another 3 euros. We didn't want a guided tour so we declined. Rather than what has been implied in the company replies on here, it wasn't just a friendly offer you could easily decline. He pressured us to go with him, saying we would get lost on our own and bad things would happen and in the end we would miss the bus back home and get stuck because according to him the bus would leave right on time and not wait even 5 minutes. So we went with him and the ordeal began. Seriously at every tree or corner he stopped and made a terrible joke. It was so awkward, another younger group there was with us in the back rolling their eyes. But even if you would look to the ground, praying he wouldn't notice you, he would. He'd tap you on the shoulder trying to get a reaction from you for his joke. Halfway through me and my friends got fed up and left. He got really angry. We didn't even have time to really enjoy the waterfall, would've loved to have a meal with the view but couldn't. Found our way back to the bus just fine, when I confronted him about how he lied to us about getting lost and what he had to say for himself he got angry and said something about tourists being disrespectful. Also the bus left like half an hour later than what was scheduled. Horrible last day in Morocco of a wonderful 2 week stay! His name was Hamid.

Ouzoud waterfalls - Trip to Ouzoud waterfalls. It is always nice to see a driver to cooperate with a scammy guide. Paid only for transport (like some other people). When arrived, suddenly a guide appeared (price 3 euros per person). Fortunately, I didn't pay him (unlike others). Look for for a better company.

The Tour Company Cons You Into Paying More - Ouzoud Is Still An Amazing Place! - On arriving in Ouzoud we were greeted by the supposed tour guide named Hamid who was keen to show his pass around his neck showing how important apparently he was. However he also made it clear we had to pay him 2.5 Euro s per person for the privilege of his tour, despite it being included in the price. It was questioned by us and 3 other English girls, who he ended up telling they either had to leave.or pay. He made them exchange English money. He also made us pay or we wouldn't be picked up and taken back to Marrakech. This tour company works in tandem with this tour guide to extort more money from you. Plus don't expect to visit a 'Natural Bridge' as there isn't one. Do visit Ouzoud as its an amazing place but I would pay more money with a tour operator from home to ensure you are not taken advantage of. This was appalling behaviour by the drivers and this supposed tour guide. They also force you on a particular route so you HAVE TO pay for the boat at the bottom. Take your booking confirmation and get everything written down.
