Beautiful cascades - The trip was really enjoyable and fun. Abdul, our guide made sure that we were always understanding everything, making jokes and telling us interesting facts. Overall I recommend the trip!

Divine experience with children - Fantastic experience.
Some waterfalls with a divine view.
Advice.
Typical lunch very well served.
The visit was made with my children of 8 and 10 years old, and it was very good. We went by boat to the edge of the waterfalls.

Super, well organised and great experience. - Briliant day. I went alone, and left hubby and kids at the hotel! Not sure the teenagers would have appreciated the experience and walking, but I loved every minute. Spent the whole day smiling! Great tour guide. Long journey but that's just the way it is! Superbly organised and felt 100% safe as a female lone traveller!

Ouzoud Waterfalls - Was a great day out at the Ouzoud Waterfalls. I thought the water would have been clear at the bottom,but it was brown and muddy. The boat ride was a little disappointing. It's really just to get you over to the other side and takes literally 5 minutes lol. The monkeys' were lovely and we got to feed them. Stopped and had food which was delicious. I recommend the tagines very tasty.
The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to take pictures and purchase items which was being sold along the way. You do get a little fed up of everyone trying to sell you stuff which you don't want or need. Overall trip very enjoyable.

Nice day out - It was such a fun day our guide was lovely the views were beautiful the cafe where you have your tea was nice we had chicken kebabs the bus is long though it took about 3.5 hours in the blistering heat the air con wasn’t on the driver only opened one window and the whole bus was full of French no English speaking which made it hard work but all in all an enjoyable day just be prepared for the bus ride

Tour, guide, views and food all exceptional. - A lovely day traveling up to view ouzoud falls. It's truly stunning and worth the long trip and climb. I had done this excursion once before and wanted to share the experience with my new husband. The guide was excellent, especially as I managed to leave my inhaler behind and it was extremely hot. The stop for food was better than previous, a gorgeous restaurant and delicious food with stunning views. Was a shame there was no rainbow over the falls but can hardly blame them for the weather! It would have been a 5 star review except for the drop off where our names were called out so we got off, only to discover we were on the wrong side of Marrakech! It would have been an extremely long walk had we not had money for the 15 minute taxi ride!

Recommended - We normally book excursions via tour operator TUI. This time we chose to book this excursion directly. This certainly did not detract from the quality or experience and it was even cheaper.
The contact with the provider was excellent. We were pre-informed about the pick-up place and time. The transfers went well (incl. breaks).
Ouzoud itself was great. Beautiful surroundings. Another nice thing about the excursion was the presence of locals. They surprised us with beautiful dives from the rock wall near the waterfalls. Also a word of thanks to the guide. Excellent guidance and fluent in several languages.

Tiring - Younes belloud our tour guide was lovely. He was very good at guiding and explaining in multiple different languages. However the company behind the booking Easy Transfers was very disorganised and disappointing. We were told to be ready for a 7:14 am pick up. The van driver then picked up the wrong people and we were taken to another van site where we waited around an hour. The actually van full of our group eventually arrived after 8:30am. We then had to go pick up more people. It took 3 hours to get there with the van driver thinking speed bumps are fine to go over at any speed! Very uncomfortable drive with barely any air con and around 16 people in the van. The waterfalls are beautiful but the journey from Marrakesh is personally not worth it. We didn’t get back to our hotel until 8:15pm because the driver missed our hotel and we had to drop other people off. When told he was very annoyed which seemed odd considering we were the ones having to have an extended journey and another family was getting late to check in for their flight!

Fun day trip - but book small group - Nice waterfall but 3 hours on big bus there, 3 hours at waterfall, 3 hours back on bus - large group you have to stay with! Option to eat at restrunt - big tip if your after better meal deal dont do the set meal they push ( walk away from the group to the upper tables and order the large tangier and spilt between two - they wont tell you about it but its half the price and double the size and made better) price of the boat ride at the waterfall 2euro
