Absolutely Incredible! cannot recommend enough - Company was very easy to deal with. Driver was amazingly friendly. This was our first day in morocco. When we arrived at Ouzoud, our driver asked if we wanted a tour guide. We were hesitant at first, being our first time in the country. I can safely say all doubts were gone within a few minutes of speaking to the guide. He took us to the bottom of the water fall away from the tourists. On the way we stopped and gave some money to locals who gave us endless handfuls of monkey nuts. He told us to kneel down (thinking it was for a picture) and then he teases one of the monkeys onto my shoulders who then sat on my head! The cafes down the base of the waterfall are very peaceful and relaxing. The water is refreshingly cold. My advice: take a towel, plenty of cash and lots of camera space. Experience to remember!

Not what I paid for, just an expensive bus ride - We paid for the Full-Day Private tour with the small groups. We ended up on a large bus with about 15 other people (not my definition of a small group). The driver/guide was just a driver. He didn't talk or explain anything on the long 3 hour drive each way to the falls. Once there, we were told we had to pay for the tour for the waterfalls (which is does say is not included). We wanted to explore the waterfalls on our own but were told that we wouldn't be allowed down there and we had to pay. You can totally explore the waterfalls on your own. There is no gate or no one stopping you for exploring. But we didn't know any better so we paid. At the bottom we were then told we had to pay more money to cross the river to get to the other side (which is were the monkeys are). We asked if we could hike back up and go around. We were once again told no and the only way to see the monkeys would be to pay. Once again, this is untrue. It would have been very easy in hike back the way we came and then come down by the restaurant. Although this was listed as a tour it is not a tour, just an expensive bus ride. Paying extra for a "private, small group" was not worth the money.
