Beautiful and emotionally strong visit. Perfect organization and impeccable punctuality.. - Excellent experience, both for the organization and collection at the fixed point (with immediate responses to emails on requests related to the activity). Good girl who accompanied us to the Guide (worrying to ask about the possibility of visiting museums with 2 strollers, we were two families with a total of 4 children including two 3-year-olds).
The Guide was in German (I couldn't find anything else) but still we had the English translation, she was good and patient in taking us through the various routes and waiting for each time we had to leave and retrieve the stroller.
Needless to comment further on what they represent and what the places visited are.

Do NOT book here! Scammers - Terrible experience, DO NOT book here! Booked a tour weeks in advance through AT Cracow. Via Whatsapp we were told the day before that our tour started earlier (07:40 instead of 10:00). Did not agree to this, but this was not an option. So finally accepted that we had the earlier tour. When I called the morning of the tour that we were almost there I was told that the tour had been cancelled. Incredibly unprofessional, unreliable and the worst service I have ever experienced.

Get away from this company! We did not receive booked tickets!! - We booked the tour 10 days in advance and received a confirmation voucher. And then - one day before the tour was simply cancelled!
This is very annoying because tickets were no longer available elsewhere at such short notice.
It seems to be the business model of this company to sell tickets that it does not (yet) have.

Bad agency - Bad experience. Go to another agency! Booked guided tour in Italian of Auschwitz a week before, two days before we were informed that the tour was cancelled offering us the same tour at 8.00 and in English. They contacted us several times to propose the same thing. We requested reimbursement. When we arrived at the ticket office we realized that there was absolutely no need to book, the tours are available in all languages at all hours. We spent almost 30 € less and did the guided tour in Italian at the time we had planned.

Has been cancelled by them via WhatsApp but not via TripAdvisor. Money not returned after 12 days - The booking has been cancelled by them directly to us via WhatsApp but not via TripAdvisor despite their commitment via WhatsApp. Money not received back after 12 days.
The cancellation was cancelled 1 day before visit. Re-booking could not be earlier than 1 week later but of course we did not stay in the area for that long.
Meanwhile, there is no more communication.
We have informed TripAdvisor of their actions.

Very bad 1-star experience for quick direct debit - Ticket cancelled the day before and in the email wholesale sorry unscrambled you take the ticket on the spot but there will be many people so not sure if you can enter

If you want to visit Auschwitz contact another agency - Bad service and absolutely unprofessional: we organized the holiday according to the visit to Auschwitz, booked two weeks in advance, but
the tour was cancelled the afternoon of the day before the visit. It is absolutely indecent that such a Reservation, which requires so much advance notice, should be cancelled at the last minute for unknown reasons.
Assolutamente sconsigliato!

Choose your booking agency wisely. - Reservation canceled at the last minute for a group of 8 people. Fortunately we were able to cancel our reservation within the free refund deadline and we were refunded.. WHEW!!!! On the other hand, we took the tour through another local agency in Krakow with commentary in English rather than French. Most of the members of the group didn't understand anything, but hey.....the images are enough to describe the horrors suffered by the deportees in these Nazi places. Otherwise, the visit is definitely worth it, but many, many kilometers covered on flat but VERY stony paths. To do when you have the physical capacity, which is our case despite being 75 years old.

TO FLEE ! - I strongly advise against this agency... Last minute change of schedule, bad information for disabled people, and EXPRESS visit to a memorial site... My mother had to give up because it was going so quickly! Despite my request for reimbursement, no action was taken... Honestly very disappointed!
