Experience that all should do - My private driver Damien was amazing!! So friendly and knowledgeable about krakow in general. Gave me some great restaurants and places to see also

Excellent service & would 100% recommend - We decided we wanted a private tour so contacted Damian & he was able to take us at the time we wanted to go.
We left our hotel at 8.30am and he booked our tour for 10.30, which was perfect.
We did the full tour of both camps and finished around 2.30pm.
He was very prompt, vehicle was very clean and he shared lots of information about the camps, areas & some of the Polish history, so was an excellent host.
Would def recommend as made the whole day run very smoothly A++++

Damian Szafran comes highly recommended. - I reached out to Shuttle4you approximately 10 days before arriving in Krakow. Damian Szafran replied within 1hr, and went above and beyond for me, providing fantastic advice and guidance. It was apparent I should have booked an English tour at least 2 months earlier, but with his guidance we managed to get a tour booked, albeit on a Polish language tour (booked directly with the Auschwitz museum). We proceeded to book Damian to drive us to/from the museum, and he was so helpful to us. On arrival he took us into the museum, helped us enter the facility, and he then talked to a few tour guides and managed to find 3 spaces for the 3 of us on English speaking tours so we were able to transfer from the Polish tour. And on the drive (from Krakow to the museum, approx 80mins) he was a real source of information. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you again Damian.

Don’t hesitate to book with Damien! - Great tour even before it started. He communicated well about picks up and what to bring. Arrived promptly in a very nice air conditioned vehicle to drive to the auschwitz tour. Told us what to expect and walked us to the entrance and showed us where to get snacks etc. was waiting when we were done and even dropped us off in the market square 5 out of 5!

One of the best private tours I have ever had! - I highly recommend this tour! Communication with the company was easy and they responded quickly.
Damian was our driver. He arrived down to the minute the time we were expecting him, he was driving a nice big and clean car to fit 5 people. He reminded us to bring our ID’s. He was polite, and told us what to expect from our tour. We were early so he drove us around to see the train station where people arrived and to see the cattle train they arrived in. He walked us from the parking lot to our tour group, had our tickets, and then met us at the gate at the end of the tour. Then he drove us to Birkenau once again, walked us to our tour group again, and waited for us to leave.
We saw lines everywhere and a lot of people lost.
Admission to Auschwitz-Birkenau is free, you have to get tickets from their website. However, not having to navigate a car ride both ways from Krakow with kids, and not having to try to figure out how to get around the museum grounds full of people was totally worth the price of this trip excursion.
One of the best private tours I have ever had.
As for the tour themselves, there are only vending machines food, if you come with kids. If you are going in the summer bring an umbrella, it is hot at Birkenau.

5-star service - Damian drove us from Krakow to Auschwitz; organised a private tour for us there, and then drove us the 6 hours to Prague. He was an excellent driver and his vehicle is very comfortable. Great English and extremely knowledgeable- definitely a 5-star service. Highly recommended.
