Worth every nickel!! Excellent!!! - Excellent service the entire day! Pawel was fantastic and gave us the insight scoop on the day. Our guide on the tour was one of the best we have ever toured with… we did the 6 hour walking tour and saw most everything and she told stories about what we were seeing that made it moving and personal.

Seamless experience from Krakow - Pablo picked us up directly from hotel in a very clean and comfortable car. He provided water, snacks and lunch (even a morning coffee as it was an early start!) for the day which was great. He shared with us a lot of interesting information about Auschwitz and also Poland. Once we were at Auschwitz he took us to the start of the English tour so we didn’t have to worry about not knowing where to go or what to do. Everything was extremely well organised and we felt looked after from start to finish. Make sure you book in advance if possible as the tour in Auschwitz is busy. Honestly Pablo was the best guide and chauffeur we have ever had!

Memorable tour of Auschwitz and Bichenau - Great to be collected from our AirBNB, transport was great except it would have been good to have the driver be able to tell us something south’s areas we were going through! The tour of the 2 camps is with others and depending on your tour time you may be eating your lunch in a hurry between the 2 tours!

Disheartening yet an awakening 😭🙏 - Knowing the sad history of all the victims 😭🙏 But thanks to our driver he did it well thumbs up for him excellent 👍

Definitely worth it! - Similar to another review, we booked this tour after our original tour (with a different operator) was cancelled due to insufficient number of guides being available. We booked this trip last minute and we are very glad we did! Mario (our driver) communicated extremely well and took the best care of us! Definitely recommend this trip to those wanting to visit Auschwitz. We took our own train to/from Warsaw and it was an easy process. I would recommend getting a late train back so that you have a couple of hours to enjoy Krakow before heading back to Warsaw (if you’re coming from Warsaw).

Perfect Day Tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau - We booked this after being let down by several of the larger companies, and we were very happy that we did. We had a choice of trip times and Maciej arrived at our hotel as planned. The trip to Auschvitz was very sobering and sad but a must visit for everyone who comes to Krakow. We were looked after very well, and Maciej explained the process of joining the tour. We were also provided a delicious packed lunch which (we could not finish!) and then driven on to Birkenau to rejoin the second half of the tour. Although it was a long drive it was very interesting talking to Maciej about the area and the visit. He also was able to take us to a hidden rail site used during the selection process. I would definitely recommend this company 100% as Maciej was an excellent guide, he even recommended a lovely restaurant we visited that evening! Thank you for an excellent day 👍

First class - Absolutely great service from start to finish. Our driver Oscar went above and beyond and really looked after us. I would highly recommend and will be certainly using again in future trips.

Perfect Day with great Vegan lunch! - This is absolutely the best tour operator to choose. Auschwitz-Birkenau is a must see and this was a memorable day. However, Pawel was the best part about the day. He picked us up promptly from our lodging in a luxurious vehicle and expertly drove us to Auschwitz. He is a great conversationalist and narrated our drive. He took care to understand our vegan dietary preferences and brought us a delicious lunch. He expertly navigated the ticket line (we reserved last minute) and saved us much waiting. He transported us between sites and expertly got us everywhere we needed to be at exactly the right time. After experiencing long waits and frustration in other sites in Poland (without Pawel), we were able to truly appreciate Pawel’s careful choreography of our entire day. Auschwitz-Birkenau is an emotional site. Pawel’s care of us on this day really made the experience wonderful. Pawel also provided assistance with other activity and dining recommendations. He is an area expert and an excellent communicator who manages every detail of the trip. At all times, we felt extremely safe, pampered, and warmly welcomed during our time with Pawel. I highly recommend him for this tour or any other. As a visitor to Poland, it was really helpful to have a trusted area expert help us curate our Krakow area experience.

Great experience - Excellent tour. Pre travel communication was great with booking agent but not with tour company as had to find out if pick up details were correct as they never responded . Booked a private tour but it was a shared taxi which wasn’t the best start but our guide Casper was excellent very accommodating and informative. Fresh baguettes for lunch with fruit water and snacks were appreciated. Transport was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Casper got the tour tickets on arrival and we were well informed of meeting points. Only negative was that we booked a private taxi and it was shared making a stop for the other party there and back. Casper was excellent. Thank you
